I appreciate the above and beyond excellent professionalism and great customer service NT kindness snd generosity with my experience at A-1Storage bell gardens given to me from probably before the actual day one while speaking with the so very helpful and thoughtful office Manager over the phone after searching roe the perfect place to store my things online after we sold our house in Culver city so probably before day one it was and is the perfect place to store your items. Its never not clean as even if there are a lot of people are here there's just a better vibe its always super neat and clean like seriously so super neat. And its a pretty nice sized establishment and its dang near pristine theres customers /tenants that also have taken the liberty to help keep it clean and look out for other tenants if they happened to firget yo lock their unit in a rush snd they make sure if your unit is supposed to have a lock it does. Very thorough super thoughtful energy while still managing to exude and chill vibe the mske you feel very comfortable and eas a lot of stress dutingvthe entire proccess and for that i am thankful. In my very astute an very likely general consensus opinion i think its more safe to say that Mr Gilbert and Ms Angelica really do make the perfect team with their. Combines fields of expertise professional demeanor and warm welcoming friendly attitude makes them both hands down the best in the biz. Efficient prompt Friendly and helpful nice people that care about the customers feeling 100 percent satisfied and happy happy. much neater and tremendously appreciated ijs. This place is really nice its kind of a pretty building on a nice day and not all hot and uncomfortable plenty of space and wide hallways. I have being with Garfield Avenue for one year and i could say that it has being the best storage place that i have got to store my belongings. The place has everything such as a secure 24 hours security system. The place is awesome and is miraculous clean. Service is great and employees help you with whatever questions or concerns you might have. The best thing of all is that they give you a 10 day grace period to pay your monthly dues before they charge you any late fees. Courtesy calls are given to allow you enough time to pay your monthly dues. Price is just amazing for all the things they offered.I could say that this is the best place to store your most valuable items. I recently moved from Northern California back down to the Southern California Area. My mom and brother had already been renting a storage unit for some time but with me moving back we had to get a new unit or a bigger unit. I feel bad because I may be butchering her name but Nereyda (?) was VERY VERY helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. I wish more people were as patient and informative as her. They not only assisted my in finding the best possible price, but they also allowed free use of a moving truck. I also love the the individual alarm access for each unit. The facility is really clean and well maintained as its still fairly new. Front desk help was top shelf, very friendly and accomodating. The kiosk near the front door is convenient for making payments after hours or when the office only has one person working and they are showing new clients the actual rental spaces, (This would be my only complaint and they're always back in a few minutes). The facility is new , clean and all the the unit's are air conditioned which none of the other storage facilities that I inquired about previously do.
