Good customer service. Clean place and secure. Graciela at the office was very nice and great to work with. The 24hr kiosk also great and easy to reach someone there. We got there when the office was empty but reached someone via kiosk. We were able to take a look at the storage unit first before deciding to rent. We got a first month 50% off discount and also military monthly discount. I won't be worrying about my belongings here! Highly recommend! Hassle free. read more

Just left there and was helped by Graciela who had great customer service! This is my second time with A1 and I love how clean and respectful they are. I especially love the access of the kiosk and security they have in place. I checked in through yelp and as promised I got three free boxes with no fuss! When we got there, Ray that we talked too was very helpful and very nice. Listened and showed us around and then concerned bout our needs. He went over and beyond my expectations!! We ended up holding our storage then I came in to reserve and get it, the woman that helped me Graciela. She was very helpful and made me feel like I can be comfortable leaving my stuff there. Answered all my questions I had at hand and easily answered them for me. Made sure we were set and that everything worked. Their facility is the best I've seen so far -- clean and appear very secure. The customer service experience is good for the type of business. The only gripe I really have is their pricing. I understand the whole idea of "we get what we pay for" -- sure, but to increase the rent every 3-4 months by $20 is absurd. Their reason? Maintenance and operating costs. Really? This company started my rent at $232 per month. Almost a year later, my rent got to almost $300 per month. I wished they gave me a heads up before I signed up for one of their storage. They didn't disclosure about their quarterly hike of their rent. I feel Iike this company tricks you to become their tenant and once you move in your precious belonging, they hit you with their $20 price hike every 3-4 months -- really leaving you no choice. Who wants to move their 1,500 pounds of household good twice? Anyway, I learned my lesson. My recommendation to anyone looking into renting a storage is to ask the company how often do they raise their price. But if you're sure how long you need the storage for, try to lock in a rate by opting for contract. That way you know exactly the price without hidden cost. Good luck and happy hunting. read more

I recently rented a storage unit at this location to store my belonging as I transitioned into moving into buying a new place. The staff is very friendly; I was greeted by a Linda whom was very informative and gave me that feeling that my stored things would be safe. This was the first time I have used a storage unit and was very surprised on how clean this facility was throughout the building, even my storage unit was very clean initially when I first moved in. The staff was also able to accommodate my needs when I had one of those storage Pods delivered onsite. They were able to have the pod placed close to the elevators for where my storage unit was located; it just made it easier for me to unload the pod. I would highly recommend and would use this storage facility again if I ever had to have the need for more space or had to move again. The bottom line is having an onsite staff that is friendly and helpful really makes moving or storing your belongings that much easier. read more
