Jen and Tori not only put both our basement and garage in order, they they coached us every step of the way on how to make decisions about what to keep, where it should go and what we should get rid of. In addition to helping us clean out and organize both our garage and basement, they advised us on how to maintain the newly organized space. When I needed her to go above and beyond and clean my disaster of a kitchen, she made it seem like the easiest task and no concern of mine. I really appreciate the thoroughness with which she cleans generally, too. Never have I ever spotted places that could use extra cleaning after she leans. Truly grateful for her cleans! The people working behind the scenes are always proactive with getting my cleanings set up, giving me alerts, and doing the other administrative parts of the business without disruption. It seems small but that's huge. Great team, great cleans- hire them if you want stress-free cleans. They live up to their name.

The trash was left right outside the apartment without a new bag in the bin, and the dishwasher wasn't started -- small touches I've had with other cleaners in the past that make a nice difference. I had also paid for organization, originally planning to do the guest room and kitchen, but when she arrived I decided to just do the kitchen. The charge stayed the same, which I wish had reflected the smaller scope. Overall, Rachel's cleaning skills are truly excellent, and she's a joy to work with. We also met with two other local/national companies to back up our ultimate decision. One of those was easy to let go of - the person who visited our house had strange personal habits and felt comfortable sitting on our bed and brushing pencil eraser bits onto our pillows. The second one came really close, and it was a hard final decision. They offered a different approach than Tailored and there were strong points to both. In the end, the connection we made with the designer, Nick, and his willingness to dive into the challenge, won us over. With our input, he came up with really great custom concepts including an entryway closet that had a couple elements that they don't typically do. One was an area where mail could drop from the mail slot, and the other was slide out shoe trays. We still look at those and smile. The on-site installers were great. The lead installer Cassidy was our main point of contact and did a great job. We'd done some other renovation prior to the closets, and our expectations for communication were formed by those other contractors. He was respectful throughout the install, patient with our questions, and always let us know what to expect. Personally, I also appreciated the way he worked with the other installers, too. He looked like a good mentor for the others. Kudos to him and the rest of the team, Luis, Kevin and Ismael. I'll be surprised if Luis isn't in a leadership role there soon! The installation was so professionally done, with plumb walls and level shelves, that it revealed how unlevel our flooring is. When that left some gaps, the company recommended a solution to mask that without changing the original design. Cassidy came back out, assisted by Victor, and made those updates in just a few hours. Overall, this was a great experience, and we recommend the company.

They scratched the paint on the wall, damaged the closet area, and never repaired it properly. I called the office the following day to report both the poor scheduling and the unacceptable quality of work. No one followed up with us. The only response we received was a text message stating that if we wanted the problems fixed, they would need to send someone else--and that it would cost us extra. This is completely unacceptable. I will never recommend this business to anyone. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

She helped take everything downstairs, but left all the trash down there and didn't help me haul it to the trash cans outside. She was real happy to take my stuff to be "donated" and even took my old iPhone to try to sell it. I thought she meant she was going to help me sell it, but apparently she just wanted to sell it and keep the money for herself. She also tried to cut the session short. When I contacted her a few days later she told me that we could discuss options for storage that would be most efficient with my space. She told me it would cost $150/hr for that. I already paid $500 for her to basically hold trash bags for me to fill. I definitely feel like I did not get what I paid for. I was really disappointed. I would recommend finding someone on task rabbit, who is more affordable. I wish I had.

The movers were one hour late and took a lunch after one hour of work. The movers left before we did and told me that they were heading directly to the storage unit. When I got there, the movers weren't there. I was waiting for them at the storage facility while they were eating lunch. I don't think I should be paying for their lunch time after an hour of work. They quickly unloaded my belongings and refused to rearrange everything as I originally requested...use minimal space so I could add to the storage unit later. They told me that things would be easy for ME to move when the time came. I asked them twice and gave up. Then, I get the bill. I was charged an additional $400 for moving 2 dressers because they considered them heavy. I read the pre-move agreement and they should have notified me of the additional charge. Instead, I was surprised with a bill that was over the estimate because of them charging me for lunch time and two pieces of furniture that they considered over 350 lbs.

These guys are incredible. I'm still wondering if they are real. From the first phone call to their timely arrival, I've never had such professional, hard-working movers and I have moved plenty. Moving is stressful. Anton and Stas are angelic and stoic. I felt extremely safe with them. Not a thing broke. They never stopped for a break, and they kept to my time limit. He started by telling me he needed to pack the TV in boxes and would charge me extra. Which I replied to by telling him he can cover with a blanket and Saran Wrap, which he ended up doing. But not after arguing. I called my fiancé to come speak to them as I felt uncomfortable, my fiancé asked him about his attitude and comments, and he quickly retracted, saying he only gets paid $20 per hour. Why is this my business when I'm getting charged $85/hr? My fiancé then asked if he had any issues with the move that we could just cancel all together. Elmurod never replied, but they proceeded with the move. During the six hours they were there, Elmurod was constantly on his phone. They eventually called a third person to help them move. However, upon arriving at our new house, Elmurod said he couldn't move our couch upstairs, it had the same layout as our previous home. We asked Elmurod and the extra mover to try and move the couch, and the other guys said they would. Not only did Elmurod demanded us to pay each man a $50 tip, but he also wanted to be paid upfront, even though they hadn't completed the job. We asked Elmurod to please work on the couch as the final item to be moved. To our surprise, while we waited for them, they simply left and let our couch in the garage and other furniture with our door open. As well as a bunch of packing trash behind. When I contacted their manager I been getting the run around, I shared photos of damaged furniture and shared the additional $190 I had to pay to get our couch moved upstairs. Still no reply and no resolution. I will be filling a claim. Furthermore, our dining table and chair got damaged during the move, even though you pay additional for their insurance they won't honor it. They contacted me and refused to provide a refund for additional movers to complete the move of the left over furniture and also stated they wouldn't provide any money back due to me leaving a negative review.

The crew, Leo and Deion, showed up 45 minutes late but had time to stop at Starbucks for coffee. 2. They did not bring a furniture dolly or hand truck because their equipment was in their truck which was in the shop for repair. Poor planning given I booked one week in advance. Then they asked to use the senior residence's bellhop cart instead. Inappropriate. 3. Lastly after they left I realized the cell phone stand I have been using this past week while packing my mother's apartment was missing. I had used it just that morning before they arrived and no one else has been in the apartment. I now wonder if they took anything else. Possibly jewelry but I don't have my mom's items memorized so hard to tell. What an awful experience for the $350 2-hr minimum plus 3% surcharge for not paying cash, for essentially one hour of work. I didn't give them hard time about being late or not having any equipment even though it was very annoying and an inconvenience to me, but to discover they stole something so petty from an elderly woman and that I actually gave them a tip is adding insult to injury. They should be ashamed of themselves but I doubt they care given their lack of work ethic. I emailed the owner Alex but he never responded.

Not only did they do the move, they also did the disassembling of the furniture prior to the actual move. They worked fast and efficiently and within the parameters of our requirements: we had space constraints and time constraints, and they met both with flying colors. They were super professional, everything was wrapped to prevent things from getting dirty. They were also really good at playing Tetris and fitting everything inside a small storage space. We have already hired them to move everything out of storage when the time comes. Highly recommend!
