I wasn't going to mention this, because the owner gave me a refund on part of the charges, but now that the owner has called me a liar, all deals are off. Without asking my permission, one of their workers used my toilet and clogged it with poop and they just walked away from it. I couldn't get a plumber for three days so that man's poop stayed in my toilet for three days offgassing into my bathroom. Coronavirus is highly transmissible through feces but they don't care about their clients enough to train their workers in common manners. When the owner called me a liar, that was the icing on the cake. He doesn't mention what would prompt me to waste my time by making a false review for a company I know nothing about iand I've never dealt with. I guess it is too much to ask him to stand up like a man and admit his faults. My crew was headed by Chris and here are pictures that shame the owner.

First of all I want to express how thankful I am for The Rock Movers…read more Being a full-service moving company, I needed someone to help me pack AND move due to a recent injury crippling me right before I was scheduled to move. Their reliability and ease of setting up the packing and move when I was not even able to be present and the timing was truly helpful. It was more expensive than I had ever paid for movers, even without the packing, and that's honestly why I could not give them full 5 stars. As a military member going through an honorable discharge to help my family in crisis while already injured myself, I had to empty out my own savings and my children's I had saved up over a 9-month deployment in the combat zone to move back to my family when they needed my help, not even sure if I could then provide for them. So while I really thank them for the job they did, I never financially recovered from that and I do ask Rock Movers to consider the vets or military members in San Diego and to complete a weight estimate for them to be reimbursed.

The two gentlemen that helped me move were Junior and Aaron. They arrived right on time at 8am as scheduled. They very professional and very good at what they do. They were able to move my stuff from my downtown condo to a house in the suburb in almost 3 hours which is the bear minimum you are required to hire a mover for. We stopped by the A Storage Place's Del Sol location to check out their prices and availability. There is a lot to like about this place. This is in a nice location where the surrounding area is not too crowded or busy. They have daily office hours from 9am-6pm. Gate hours for tenants is from 5am-8pm. They seem to have a lot of security measures - special access to get onto the premises and through any door, as well as surveillance cameras. There are a variety of unit sizes; it is just a matter of finding an available one in the size that you need. They have a number of units that have access from the outside and also some that are completely indoors. Their buildings have AC which is a major plus! Indoor units also have access to carts that may be used to move belongings to and from and elevators for areas with a second floor. They also have music playing quietly throughout which is especially great for the indoor units so that it is not all quiet and eerie. All areas looked to be clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and helpful. And, prices seemed to be reasonable. The only downfall for us was availability, which is definitely not a negative thing to judge them by. Guessing they really are as good as they appear, so why wouldn't their units be pretty much filled up?
