This was my first experience with a storage facility and Dean set a very high standard! We were buying a house and got delayed by two weeks but had to move out of our previous place so we had no choice but to put our things in storage... I called a couple other places but they didn't seem very interested in accommodating me for only a couple weeks. My experience with A-1 self storage was beyond exceptional. I rented a unit for a short period of time to house a few medical devices that needed to be picked up on and transported on a regular basis. Not only was the staff extremely helpful but, Dean specifically went above and beyond to make sure I was always taken care of. There were countless times he made himself available to meet the courier service and open up my unit for me when I couldn't make it over. He provided the best customer service even helping me retrieve my keys after losing them in the elevator shaft.
