Miguel recently replaced my gas line and he and his team did an amazing job. He took the time to check all the lines and I feel safe knowing everything is working correctly. Oscar answered all my questions about the issue with the AC unit and what was broken and options for repair. Knowing that the coming week had a heat wave in the forecast I was hopeful that the fix could happen quickly. Not even 3 days later they called to schedule a repair for end of week. They also provided an arrival time and showed up early! Freddy C and Renee came out and worked diligently to install a new AC and went the extra mile to trim some shrubs to make enough space for the outside unit. They were polite and considerate as I was working from home during the install. Later that day after they left I had to call to ask someone to come back because I was experiencing an issue with the auto shut off and Albert (? sorry if I got that wrong) answered and scheduled time for someone to come the next day. Not even 10 minutes later I got a call back from Albert and he said someone would be there in 30 minutes to take a look. Oscar came back and was able to fix the issue quickly. He was once again extremely professional and took the time to explain to me the issue and what he did to fix it. These guys work super hard and provided A+ service. I highly recommend.
