It's not just about how quick but also about listening to my concerns and how to tackle the problem. The leak was behind my kitchen wall and we talked through weather to try and find the leak from inside or going from outside. We eventually decided on outside due to how high the the leak might be coming from on the pipe. You see he said if we the leak was lower in the kitchen, then we could get it from inside but if it was higher, then we'd either have to yank out cabinets or break tile or we'd have to go out side anyway....decided that it was better to go from outside and not take a chance at having holes on both side of the wall....and wouldn't you know it...the leak was higher.
