overall, i wouldn't recommend this place and would definitely take my business elsewhere…read more calling over the phone is basically pointless. you get connected to random representatives who don't actually help with questions about your specific unit. it feels super disconnected and frustrating when you're trying to get clear answers. the policies are also really inconsistent and honestly unfair. my brother's monthly rate literally doubled with no notice, which is not only inconvenient but also feels really unprofessional. there doesn't seem to be any transparency or consistency in pricing. the only positive experience i had was with olivia. she was the one employee who actually took the time to help and answer questions clearly. everyone else, on the other hand, was quick to threaten sending my account to collections if i didn't pick up my belongings right after my paid month ended. this was especially frustrating because another representative had already told me my items would simply be auctioned off after that period, so i was getting completely conflicting information. overall, the communication is poor, the policies are unreasonable, and the customer service is not helpful. i wouldn't recommend this facility at all.

I've been renting a unit there for a few years and both these individuals went the extra mile to help me with some past issues with my account there, and then helping making a change to a more cost-effective unit, assisted me in understanding the options, and walking thru with me to show me the various units available to make the best choice. They put so much time in assisting me, always with kindness, respect and genuinely deaireto provide the best customer service possible. It is amazing and so uplifting to know there are still individuals who genuinely go the distance for the customer. Highly recommend this facility because of these 2 individuals!

This storage facility is ok, but my only complaint is it's advertised as a 10 x 15 size unit. So I…read moreexpected to have that size unit. Unfortunately, their units are not what they advertised. The units are actually smaller in my experience. I actually ended up measuring a few units after already being charged for the unit and signing the contract. Once I measured about 4 of them after already being charged and signing a contract for the unit it became apparent that the units are actually 9 x 14 size units not as they advertised for a 10 x 15. The only reason we got the unit was for the advertised size and well unfortunately it is falsely advertised. It's unfortunate that we had already signed the contract and paid for the unit because we really needed all the square footage that was advertised on their website for the unit. Any ways just thought that everyone should know about this discrepancy before committing to a contract so you can actually get the size you truly need. Make sure to have your measuring tapes ready to measure before hand unlike us.
