His price was extremely competitive and he was the first person to respond when I looked for inspectors on Yelp. Not only was he the first to respond but he also responded almost immediately when I had questions about setting up the inspection, what I should expect, how to pay, when I would get my report, etc. I also looked on-line and found a sample report: I impressed by it. Andrew called me immediately after the inspection and gave me the highlights of everything he found. He answered all my questions and was extremely friendly. The next morning I found the complete inspection report in my email with photos, comments, suggestions where changes or updates were recommended. I had two questions regarding the report. I asked the questions on Yelp and had answers in my in-box within 3 minutes! I am going into this "blind" condo purchase feeling so much more confident thanks to Andrew. As someone with crippling OCD about chemical contamination AND a literal PhD in chemistry AND a toddler, it is an understatement to say that I am a bit freaked about lead paint. Neil, Dennis, and Norman were amazing. Thorough, thoughtful, great communicators. Clearly so competent and committed to excellence. They answered all of my nitpicky questions patiently and with airtight scientific answers. My abatement journey also had me bring in one of their competitors to my house (long story).
