When I picked my truck up, I noticed a leak before I drove off. They put it on the lift and fixed the leak. Driving home that night hard shift on the same gears and the same code. Took it back. After a few days they said it's fixed. Two days later same issue. Took it back again and after a few days they returned the truck. This time it was fixed. I finally parked in my driveway way after having it for a couple weeks and noticed it was leaking. Took it back and they didn't have time to look at it. They sent me down to their sister shop and they said it was a gasket leak. It was a small leak and I every time it's in their shop it's 3-4 days. I missed enough work, decided to wait until I needed to service and fix it myself. I found a random 12mm bolt in one hole and my pan was damaged on the lip. No wonder it was leaking. Whatever tech worked on my truck definitely had the " that's the next guys problem" attitude.

I showed up and had to park in the convenience store parking lot next door, because it looked like a pretty tight lot. They said that was no problem. I sat and looked at my phnoe for a little bit until the battery almost died (it was alrfeady low when I got there). They had charging cords on the coffee table with adapters for every phone. I plugged my phone in and sat it on the table and got comfortable for a longer wait, but moments later, true to the 1.5 hour estimate, they said my truck was ready. They advised me of some sort of leak on the front axle, but told me to check with the dealership because it might be under warranty. I appreciate that. I'll definitely be back for future service.

I've been dealing with issues on my Honda for months now. We originally took it to Honda, and they…read moreclaimed it was just the spark plugs--so we replaced them. Unfortunately, the issue came back not long after. We then brought the car here based on the good reviews, hoping for a real solution. The mechanic said he inspected the car and couldn't find anything wrong except that I needed an oil change and "Honda-specific" spark plugs. He also cleared the dashboard settings, which we found extremely frustrating because that doesn't solve the issue--it just masks it temporarily. At that point, it was already done, and we couldn't reverse it. We went ahead and bought the spark plugs directly from Honda and had them replaced, even though the original ones weren't aftermarket or low quality. Surprise--same issue came back again. Whether it's "higher-end" spark plugs or not, my car continues to have the exact same problems. Honestly, I don't understand why that recommendation was made in the first place. We even spoke to friends who work at dealerships and Honda, and they confirmed that advice was completely inaccurate. The car might be running *slightly* better, but it's like comparing Pepsi to Coke--it's still the same drink. At the end of the day, nothing was truly resolved. At this point, it feels like this is just one of those issues no mechanic seems able to figure out. Disappointing experience all around. Late update, but this happened on July 10, 2025. the only reason i came here was due to the 4.5-4.7 star reviews and the fact that it was near me.

ALSO P & J replaced a part without telling me till I got there to pay for their quoted work. P & J did not offer to return any replaced parts to me. When I requested they return the starter that they replaced, they said I would have to pay for it. Any of the other replaced parts were not available to me, as they threw them in the garbage, and the garbage man already picked up. The mystery part that they said was broken, was a part that had to be taken off to replace my starter. I was only told that when I went to pick up (& pay) for my vehicle. Oh yeah, they were to schedule a tow, I never got a contact call. I called my own towing co, so I could have it towed there. So now, my car has other problems, I called them to take it in again, then I slept on it and thought, why take it to get shafted again?? am not taking it to P & J.
