I showed up a few minutes late (the place is like 25 minutes from my house), but I was greeted by who I am assuming was the same young man I spoke to on the phone. Very polite again. Then Joe, the owner and mechanic came to greet me and asked what I was in for. He took my truck into the shop within 5-10 minutes and was done with the alignment in less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed both with the level of service and how nice both men were to me.
