I had my oil changed twice at Mr Mechanic and the third oil change I took my vehicle to the colonade Car Care on I-10 and Wurzbach and was told that who ever changed my oil last had stripped my oil pan so they had to retread the oil pan and replace the bolt. I was charged 149.00. I took my receipt to Mr Mechanic to show them the damage they did to my vehicle. I was told by the owner Michael that they didn't do any damage to my vehicle and refused to take responsibility for damage they did to my vehicle. I also filed a complaint with BBB which they never responded.

He is unprofessional and perpetuates the negative stereotype of crooked mechanics preying on young women.

More likely, I'll just be dumping more money in sonl you can "half fix it" a 2nd time. One mechanic even told my wife to "hit the dash when her A/C wasn't kicking on...AFTER they fixed it. GTFO... Really!? Cost wasn't exactly on the cheap side...maybe fair, but ONLY if they fix the problem. My impression is they had way more cars than they could handle and were trying to rush them outa there. They called me again & said there was another problem needed fixing and would cost me $3000 more. I don't have that so I declined. They then did not want to fix the original issue & told me to pick my car up. When I went to pick it up they charged me $150 when originally stated $65. The guy goes to start my car for me and then gets out & tells me my car won't start. They did not put my car back together & left the stuff in my back seat & told me to call a tow truck.
