They tried power steering pumps, rack and pinion, and even struts. No avail. They refunded us a portion of the money back. They did replace the belt and we now have ac without the background screech. When the alignment went out, they had no problem fixing it, no added charge. I honestly don't mind the car without power steering... got some strong arms, I'm good! They are super nice. ​

I was prepared to wait at least half an hour which had been the norm in my past experiences. Also in my past experiences, getting the car hooked up was a lengthy process. Not with Marty's! Ismael had us moving on the road within 3 minutes of him arriving. Tow truck technology has come a long way since I've needed their help! Blew my mind.
