Do not go to this tire shop. They don't really speak English so you can't communicate with them. Both times I went to the shop I left completely unsatisfied. I went to them for a flat and they charged me $20. Two days later the plug failed. They charged me again. The second time I went there I bought my girl a set of used tires from them. A month later one of the tires picked up a screw. They tried to tell my girl that the tire needed to be replaced. They would not rectify the situation even though I just bought the tires a few weeks before. Horrible customer service rude employees and horrible tires. I actually think most of their tires are used so it's easier to rip people off. Horrible bad people highly recommend you stay as far away from the shop as possible they suck. If you want to waste your money, not be able to communicate and generally have a horrible experience go there you won't be disappointed. They are liars and thieves and half the employees are probably illegal. ICE should most definitely pay this place a visit. read more

During my trip to Lone Star Rally this passed weekend. I had a blow out on my trailer and needed to replace all tires. Called Firestone which was right across from where i had my blowout and they had no trailer tires. They guy that answered phone recommended Juniors. I call Juniors tire service and talked with Henry. He said that he had my tires in stock. I told him that I won't make it before he closed on Thursday afternoon. He told me that they would be open at 0730 Friday morning. I told him to put me down for morning appointment. I drove up to shop at 0725 and they were already open. I pulled into where they wanted me and I told them that I was going to walk and get me a cup of coffee. By the time I got back from grabbing my cup of coffee they were done with my trailer. I visited here September 5th, 2020 for my car's yearly safety inspection and emissions test. There was no wait, and I pulled right in to the shop with no appointment. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The emissions test and inspection cost a total of just about $25. Quick, fast, and easy. Hispanic-ran place with the radio playing in the shop. I would give them 0 stars if possible! I purchased 4 new tires from this place trying to save a few bucks. After a few months the lug nuts could not be removed, they were seized. All ten lugs had to be replaced, they had to be snapped off, on the front wheels costing over $250 (just on the front wheels, I haven't tried the rear, yet) When I politely brought this up to Victor, I'm guessing the owner, he called me a f@*king liar. He accused me of doing it myself and blaming him, which is completely incorrect. I was polite and asked him to simply take responsibility for the last person to touch my wheels. He continued to use profanity calling me a motherf@*cker. The most unprofessional and out of line experience I've ever had with a business. I brought my car back here after I got a routine rotation and balance because my steering wheel kept rocking back and forth. They told me that it was because my front tire had a bubble in it. Well it was the same used tire they sold me before when I got the rotation done. They replaced it with another used tire and made me pay for the replacement. I drive on the tire and my steering wheel starts acting up again, I take it to a different tire shop and they tell me that the tread is no good. So now I'm upset because I realize that they keep selling me bad tires and charging me a fee to replace it. I'm not a happy customer and I will not be back. read more

I have literally never left a review before but this was shockingly bad and dangerous. Two flats sold to me in one month. Juniors said they would sell me a new tire, and it was flat the next day. I went back and they could not explain why it was flat, but they replaced it with another tire. Three weeks later, that tire began losing pressure. I immediately went to Discount Tire who confirmed the Juniors tire was an old, poorly patched tire that was worn, splitting, and dangerous to drive on. I brought that tire back to Juniors to explain the situation and received an extraordinarily uncomfortable lecture from one of the employees. I was first told that there was visually nothing wrong with the tire, and that it just looked that way since it was not on the car. Two minutes later, they changed their mind and said the tire was actually ruined but it was my fault as there was no way they sold it to me that way. It was clear that they had dug their heels in and would not take any responsibility for an unsafe driving situation. Overall, I think this place took advantage of me, sold two poor quality tires, and is unable to take accountability for their choices. I recommend avoiding the stress and disappointment and going straight to a professional, reputable location. read more

So my wheel weights fell off when I was pressure washing my wheels to get sand out of them and juniors was the only place that was open at the time and I was headed back to Houston. So I took it in to just get my one wheel rebalanced. They took off the tire as soon as I got there but they didn't put weights on it or balance it at all. Then later when I go to get it balanced at a place that does their job correctly I find out they cross threaded 2 lug nuts on so I had to replace 2 wheel studs. I went to this place to replace my damaged rim, I bought the rim somewhere else, these people charged me $45 just to mount the tire on the rim. I did it because I was not familiar with the area. These people are very expensive, please think twice about going here, if you do not want to be taken advantage of. Go somewhere else and do not fall a victim like I did. read more

Hey if you want a Tire with a hole in come here, possibility of sawdust and a hole in the side if it. Also when you call them telling them this they will say come over and we will replace it, well if you cannot get their immediately because your on a boat in your car enjoying the sights and find out that your tire is flat, it says they close at 7 but really they close before 6:30 because that's when they said they would lose talking to me. And after calling them it goes to the answer machine. So if you want to get ripped off, please go here. I went to have a leak in my tire repaired asked for a patch instead of a plug, I saw a plug sticking out but man insisted he used a patch. 2 weeks later I had same problem , went to a different repair location, man showed me where the previous plug was leaking.
