10/10 these guys are the best So I had to have my car towed from an airport to Mercedes because I lost my keys. My insurance company tried two different towing companies who both said my car wasn't towable. I was extremely frustrated at this point because I just paid $900+ for my car to get re-keyd. Someone from Mercedes referred me to A&B towing. He was willing to do it. On top of that he was there within 20 minutes of me calling. Unfortunately, the only way to get my car out of the position it was in was impossible to not damage my car. The bumper got a little messed up but Ben went to his auto body shop and Al and and his team fixed it right away. Not to mention my car was parked under a tree for two months and was filthy. When I arrived to pick up my car I was so happy to walk up to a perfect clean car because they washed it for me! Definitely the best towing company around. read more

I would never use this tow company if you are in a bind. I work for a very reputable BMW dealership in the San Diego area, and found myself stuck in Palmdale visiting family. I had to have 2 tow companies transport the car for technicalities among policy. the first company towed me off the dirt-road to a parking lot, WHICH I WAS THERE FOR. Watched it get towed and unloaded with ease. I was given a 90 minute ETA by this company; A&B. I was waiting anxiously for that truck to show. once the timer ran out, it updated to another 90 minutes. I called and a lady with an uber-deep voice said "oh yeah were coming from Van Nuys, you didn't know that?". I got a call from our sister-dealership which is where I had the BMW towed to, and they informed me that not only was the starter bad, which was the original issue, but there is $2000 in damage to the rear control arms. I called both towing companies, which both tried to brush it under the rug, however being that I have no tow equipment and nor does the dealer to create such damage, they accepted fault. Stated by Ben the manager, we damage cars all the time. Well the first company took fault. I even was able to get the $2k total knocked to my employee rate which was at just over $1k which meant both sides would pay just over $500. I sent the Manager Ben there the invoice of $1088 along with a link to pay 50% as discussed. Never got it. After a few calls he said "oh just show me the amount on paper and I will pay." Never got it. Adjusted to the correct amount, sent it again, never got it. My dealership after so long started to ask when we would receive payment as they are very lenient on timing and expenses. I called maybe a total of 15 times and only was able to speak to someone about a third of that. When I did call I would be put on hold, left to ring for 15 minutes or more. Or when I called and asked to speak to Ben, it was always that he JUST SO HAPPENED to step out. When I asked to speak with any other manager, I was given Mike. Who informed me he is a manger, yet has no capabilities to perform managerial tasks such as resolving this issue. I was consistently calling and given times when I would be called back yet never received ANYTHING. I MEAN ANYTHING. All over 500 in damage that they caused and agreed to pay for, they get a bad bad bad review because now its coming out of a customers pocket. Which is not how we do business. I would recommend you go elsewhere if you would like a tow company you can trust. Staffing there is fucking terrible. Never again! Glad you never got paid tho. read more

Was told that my car would be released if I had settle with payment. Once they were notified that insurance would take care of payments. I was told that they were unable to release the car because they were unable to release the payment to insurer. Basically wanted to accrue storage fees so that they could milk my insurance company now I need to use a rental car service for more than im obligated to need it for. This company was contacted by Geico to come tow my car. The driver called me at first to tell me he'd be there ahead of the original ETA. Then several minutes later, he told me he had to pick up another car along the way and it would be an additional 30 minutes. 20 minutes after the time he said he would be here, I hadn't heard from him, so I called and he said he wouldn't be able to pick me up anymore. I tried calling the company and they didn't pick up. When I called Geico, they told me the company had never cancelled with them so they hadn't known to send me a new tow truck. So now I've been stuck on the side of the road for two and a half hours and will not be getting picked up until a different towing service arrives. read more

These guys do a great job. The driver who came out should get a raise! If you happen to have something on your car go out like a starter solenoid or anything else preventing your car from powering up, and it's a BMW, Mercedes or similar computer controlled vehicle... and you happen to, like most people, park in a garage, good luck finding someone who can tow your car out of your garage, especially when your car has an electronic shift mechanism that won't let you put it in neutral when you can't power the vehicle. AAA came out with a flat bed and wouldn't touch it. A&B came out and safely got my car out of the garage and towed it. Nice people and they took their time doing everything the right way. FYI, try navigating a towing job in a gated community with little room for cars to get in & out of their driveways. A&B pulled it off. read more

Just wanted to say that this is a very professional company and my experience was exceptional. My BMW X5 was disabled in Buena Park and needed it towed all the way to Reseda to my BMW specialist. The company provided great communication with confirming the arrangement. The driver, Hussein, arrived on time, provided great communication with updates to confirm the ETA directly with me. Hussein was very clean cut, professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. It was extra difficult because we couldn't get the X5 in neutral because the car won't turnover and this generation X5 doesn't have a easily accessible manual neutral override feature. SCAMMERS !!!! Avoid if possible!! Unfortunately, this tow company was assigned to me through my insurance. When I called to get an eta, they said "2hours or less. Most likely less but you have to pay $50 out of pocket is that ok?" I hung up and called my insurance up because I'm only about 23 miles from my house. And I know my insurance covers at most 20 miles. My insurance calls the tow company up and clarifies that it's only 21 miles distance and the tow company covers from $3-$10 per mile so they were going to charge me $10 for the 1 extra mile. It's late and I honestly rather pay up the $10 for the 1 mile, I say fine. I'll pay the $10. As I'm sitting there waiting 30 minutes later I call the tow to get my eta and they say they won't arrive for another 35 minutes but they're not driving up here to me unless I pay the $10 up front ! ! It's 10 pm in the middle of Moorpark, I either pay the stupid $10 over the phone or they refuse to pick up my car? Scammers! ! Again, please avoid them if possible!! read more

This place ripped a single mom in LA off. I called for a spare tire change after I blew out a tire on 101 taking my son to school. After waiting 90 mins (they had said 45) the tow truck finally showed up. He couldn't help me as the tool to change the tire was missing. I don't own this vehicle, so while I was fine changing the tire to the spare, I wasn't about to fork over $$ to buy a whole new tire. I asked for a refund, and they only offered $35 of the $75 original charge. I know gas is expensive in LA, but it doesn't cost $40 to drive a mile up Canoga from the 101. The gentleman that helped me was kind enough as was the tow truck driver, but when I was bumped forward to the supervisor, the supervisor proceeded to yell at me over the phone and argue with me about the refund. When I asked him to please stop yelling at me, he proceeded to argue with me that he wasn't yelling. Customer service goes a long way and roadside issues are stressful enough as it is. If you can't help, that's fine, but don't make someone's day worse by being a jerk on top of it. Is holding on to $40 really worth it? And do you really have to yell at someone and argue with them when their day is already sideways? Use any other tow company. Buyer beware. read more

One of the most unprofessional services I have ever dealt with. Called me and started yelling at us because we were not at the location (when the insurance company told us to leave and go home). The. He gave us 2 different physical addresses and when we asked which of the two he was taking it he again yelled at us and said "lady I don't have time to deal with you I'm only here to tow your car". We then asked for his name which he said Ben, I called the company and found out that he lied about that too. 10 seconds after I posted this comment I received a phone call from the tow company. Mercedes Benz roadside services called these guys to tow my car, at 4pm, I got a text telling me that it would be a 90 minute wait, their tow truck driven by some irresponsible guy called Alex Guerrero never arrived, and never even contacted me to tell me they were going to be late. Meanwhile I'm waiting outside in this 50°F weather. 6pm arrives, got another text notifying me it was going to take an additional 90 minutes. I called their company immediately asking when they were going to arrive, some rude guy told me they weren't responsible for wait times and that he frankly didn't care. I contacted Mercedes again to cancel A&B towing, and they were apologetic about the whole situation. Meanwhile A&B sent another text stating that I wasn't even waiting at the tow site at 5:55pm. So, they're sending me a text approximately at 6:00pm notifying it'll take another 90 minutes to arrive, and then send another text with false information that they arrived at 5:55pm and I wasn't there. Do you see how these shady companies behave in such irresponsible behaviors? They can't even cover up their own BS because I have screenshots and even a security video of them never showing up. Friday night, pretty sure Alex Guerrero was off at some taco stand instead of doing his job which he's paid to do. Business doesn't deserve a 1 but I had to put something down. Driver arrived 2 hours after being called by our insurance company USAA to assist us with our car that was In an accident in Pt Hueneme, Ca. The insurance company already had the info of where the car was supposed to go in Oxnard. The tow truck driver started in on us using a friend of his body shop saying that his friend could do a better job than where the insurance Co. was sending it. The driver kept insisting that we talk to his boss, and after 5 times of saying no to his request, he finally agreed to take the car where the insurance company said to take it. We found out this morning that our car never arrived at the body shop because the driver loaded it onto his truck and drove it to the shop in Calabasas that he kept insisting we go to. The truth is he stole our car, and now that shop doesn't want to release our car. These guys and this place is as crooked as they come. read more
