Literally the worst! I called AAA and they assigned me to Randy's. They are about 3 miles from my house. AAA said they'd be here in 20 minutes, then I called and Randy assigned us to another driver who said he was in Anaheim 2 hours away!! Brandon was an absolute hero! It took a while to get to us, but 50 minutes really wasn't too bad. Just the heat. Brandon checked the battery and alternator for us. Swapped out the battery and we were on our way. Maybe 5 minutes for the service? Very sweet man. He communicated with me the entire time. And had a really good/happy personality. I have been unfortunate enough to have had to have dealt with Randy's Club Services multiple times over the years. Despite being "AAA approved" their reps are completely incompetent. They tell you they'll arrive in 20 minutes, and then call you on an outside line to tell you 2-3 hours. But maybe that time could be faster if you use one of their "preferred" shops. Don't want to? They'll call AAA and cancel your tow. Complete scam artists. read more

Horrible company, they told AAA they could pick me up with in 45 minutes. As soon as I hung up with AAA trey called me to say it will take 2.5 to 3 hours because they are busy to which I agreed. When I called 3.5 hours later they don't even have me on queu to be picked up and after contacting AAA they have cleared and approved the service. Today my car broke down. Which meant I needed a tow. I went through AAA, and was dispatched a tow truck driver named, Chuck. Let me begin by saying, he was phenomenal. Very personable, very helpful, and very hospitable. He was very patient and my experience was much higher than a 3.3 star rating. Mine was easily a 5 star rating. Originally, the dispatch said it would take an hour and Chuck arrived in 15 minutes. I will finish by saying, if I owned a business, Chuck, is the type of worker that I would want representing my business in the field. 5/5. read more

Last Saturday evening my car's check engine light and several other lights flicked on and the car died suddenly. Luckily I was able to coast to the right shoulder of the 118. After several failed attempts at starting the car I  phoned AAA, who forwarded my request for assistance to Randy's towing. A rep phoned  to get my location and description of the problem and said someone would be there with in 45 minutes. A driver arrived and brought the car, my 91 year old mother and myself home. While I forget the name of the driver (my apologies to him), he was courteous, friendly, attentive, patient and knowledgeable. While I had bad luck with my car, I had good luck getting such a great driver. read more

It is ok. It has been reliable for me. Just make sure you take pics of your car being loaded onto the tow truck and document everything. People are people and some get scared and lie, such as when breaking my window and frame during the towing transport and reporting it as being like that before getting towed. Keep your cool and work with the company. I wish the company had a greater sense of urgency when it came to things like damaging the vehicle. But in the end, it worked out. So persevere. Otherwise, a good company. Every company will have its group of employees: the good, the bad, and the ugly. So be vigilant and be smart. read more

David was a god-send! He showed up in appx 20 mins, was friendly from the first call to helping us find a tire store open with the right tire (5:00 pm Father's Day); he saved us time and a lot of money. We ended up buying a used tire at Lindley tires as Firestone, Lindley and others did not have a new 27/30/20 on hand (we just wanted to get home 60 miles). The lack of care and respect this place has for people and their vehicles is astonishing. George and the other workers are dishonest and failed to provide the minimum. This place would rather keep your car and make money off an insurance claim than have it returned to you. On top of that they caused significant damage to my car while it was in their lot and tried to tell the AAA driver (who they told me to call to pick up the car) that he should not take the car. I was told I would get a survey for my review. For some reason I did not but I felt it was important to come back and give a review. Considerate and professional which is great when you're most vulnerable when needing a tow after finding out you have a problem with your car. Abraham the driver called when 10 mins out. On time and very professional and neat. Tow Truck was in very good condition. He was very careful putting my vehicle on the flatbed and he listened very attentively as to what the problem was so that he could relay the info to my mechanic where he towed the vehicle. This is for Randy's Towing, driver Robert specifically. I took my car out for what was supposed to be a leisurely Sunday morning drive. She hadn't been driven for a week and I decided to do it before it got hot and get myself some coffee while I was at it. 5 miles in, as I'm getting ready to turn around and head home, my engine overheats. I pulled over and gave it 15 minutes, made it another block before it did it again. I used my AAA app and was assigned a driver. The driver got reassigned a couple of times but 20 mins later Robert showed up. He got my car into the bed with ease and we had really pleasant conversation on the 5 mile drive back to my apartment. Having good drivers can make or break a towing company and I'd rank Robert at the top in my experiences. (I've had a lot of tow truck help over the years.) read more
