I passed by another Big O location closer to my home, to have my vehicle serviced here, based on the reviews I've read and my previous experience at the one closer to me. Angel hooked me up today, honoring my request for a pickup time before 3pm so I could make an afternoon appointment. He had initially indicated the work would take all day since I was having most of my suspension replaced front and rear, since my vehicle was approaching 120k miles. He said he'd do his best complete the repairs in time for me to make my appointment, which he absolutely did. When he called he said to head his way and he'd have my vehicle ready when I got there. I arrived just as the post-work test drive was wrapping up. Very happy first time customer at this location. read more

I had a wonderful experience at this location last week. What started out as just a flat tire, turned into a complete revamp of my 15 year old Nissan. Because of a death in the family, I haven't been taking care of my vehicle as I should. After putting my car up on the rack, Angel R, (__my!__ "ANGEL") explained that my car needed all oil, filters, and fluids flushed, an alignment, brakes, and tires rotated. I went in for a transmission light,they made an honest attempt to fix, when they finished, the light was still on and the needed parts were only available at a Honda dealership. They restored mylar to running Co edition and because they weren't able to fix it without the parts, Angel, Service Mgr, knocked off all the associated costs,his words: 'why should you have t0 pay if we couldn't fix it!' This Big O was a dump. I avoided them for a long time. Finnaly went back to them, since they are near my home. Under new manager, this locationhas changed a lot. We have a RX-350. I got 4 new tires, realignments, and pads & Drums for rare breaks. Prices and service was quick. we also have a an outback that needed tire rotaion, Manager did a quick service. We purchsed these tires from them a while back. Free rotaion is part of Big O tuire prices. Now, we have no reservation about go back to this location. read more

Yes, I declined the offer to bring my car again because I have no interest in wasting any more of my time with this business. They've promised me twice now that the problem was resolved and twice now I've been disappointed to find it in fact was not fixed. Giving a 3rd chance and expecting different results is insane. As your limited warranty states, "If, after a reasonable number of attempts, the defect has not been fixed, the buyer may return his vehicle for a replacement of parts, if applicable, or a refund, in either case, subject to deduction of a reasonable charge for usage." A refund is the only resolution I will be accepting at the point. read more
