Instead of just replacing the elements and charging me for it, they let me know they were completely fine and just needed a quick temperature adjustment. I was able to return the parts I had already purchased for a refund. They also noted that while my unit is in great shape right now, it is getting a bit older. Also, we had to pay the full fee even though our hot water heater is less than a year and a half old. When I spoke with the manager he stated that because they did not install our hot water heater, our service was not a priority. We were also told that because it was so new we needed to go through this company buy this is not true. The invoice lists a flat-rate package titled "Repair 1/2" Copper Pipe up to 10'." In reality, only a short section of pipe was removed and replaced with PEX.
