Booking was a breeze, the place is clean, and there's plenty of parking, so no complaints there! Unfortunately, the massage was just so-so. I couldn't get past how rough the masseuse's hands felt, which made it hard to fully relax. For the record, I was advised that I could terminate the session within the first 15 minutes. It's too bad the masseuse started over the covers so the rough hands situation wasn't immediately discovered and the timing to bring it up felt questionable. The biggest surprise, though? My gift card had somehow shrunk 45%! Apparently, it was charged a fee back in January. Definitely something I wish I had known about. The receptionist was emphatic and offered a $10 credit. For the pricing, I believe there are better options out there. Nice enough experience overall, but not a place I'd rush back to UPDATE: the business swiftly corrected their system issue and provided a refund for the shortage on my gift card, this was unexpected but much appreciated.
