Their prices may be a touch higher then those other places - but it's a local store and lots more convenient then HD and Lowes, and I don't want to lose my local joint. COVID status - they're limiting # of people in the store, masks are required, have to wait 6 feet apart to enter and pay, plexiglass at checkout, checkout people have masks on, although the woman that waited on me had hers UNDER her nose (I thought about pointing that out, but just kept my distance). I assembled it at home and noticed that one of the pieces had cracked when I installed the screws. After a number of futile attempts to contact the manufacturer and not getting any positive responses I returned the chair back to the store where Anthony waited on me. He proceeded to tell me that they would order me another chair and he would personally assemble it himself. I couldn't have asked for anything better than that. The busy store on M59 (Hall Rd.) did not have it in stock or another location in Chesterfield Township. With a quick customer service phone call and a "Please Hold This Item" for Me, I was cruising in route for a 15 minute drive to pick up my "Automatic Wine Opener". Photo attached of course, and I love it since it's sooo easy to use and looks so classic and modern on the counter next to my wine bottles! :-) This Bed Bath & Beyond store is very organized and has many clerks working throughout the store as well for fast check out. The staff are friendly and very helpful when on a mission like Me, "Need for Speed" with shopping. (I can run 6-8 errands in 2 hours.) Like other locations: Bed Bath & Beyond is what the name is. Many items sold here are for Bed, Bath and Beyond items for housewares, to organization, kitchen, home furnishings, pet supplies just to name a few of their main items of merchandise. Sign up for emails and those 20% coupons in the mail either weekly or monthly for helpful and cost savings. They will also always accept expired coupons as well to help with a discount. Bed Bath & Beyond also owns Christmas Tree Shops, Cost Plus, and Buy Buy Baby stores. All locations have their sales based on the month of the year whether its a holiday, with seasonal items or moving supplies into a new home or for a college student moving into a dorm. I don't come here often, but when I do, it's usually for something specific. Over the years I've scored some good deals and bought some nice stuff for my place and kitchen. While they are known for their 20% off coupons, I don't always use them for what I'm purchasing. The staff here is reasonably helpful, and the product selection is fabulous. They sell *really* nice stuff, from Simple Human, to fancy coffee makers and tons of linens. While their linen and comforter selection is fabulous, their prices are a bit high for me even though they carry top notch stuff. Do I need a $300 dollar comforter for the cat to puke a hairball on? No, no I don't. I am more of a JC Penny $100 comforter set lady that's machine washable for that reason alone. They have good sales here and have expanded their selection of items to also include makeup, shampoos and other products over the years. I recently did a purchase of a small ticket item and chose to do curbside for pickup. It was ready within an hour and I picked it up later curbside. It was out in 5 minutes! I was impressed. It feels like you're in a hardware store up north still with a gun counter definitely had to stop and get my hunting license for the year and even went out of my way to grab some other small items that I needed to work on some projects The place is huge there's even a Model T over in the garage that was bought by the owner's family a one owner model t stop and think about that for a moment!! It was a Bittersweet experience as the employee was stating the current owner is the last of his family.
