What they claimed they can work on them upon arrival they cannot
    Brandon L.

Apex auto is extremely unreliable and I do not recommend going to them if you have a modified truck. I made a apt with somebody for Thursday I go on explaining the vehicle has oversize rims. He quotes me a price and I say ok. I was a hour late and he couldn't get me in so we rescheduled to the next day upon arriving I explain the situation to the person working how my tires look worn. What I can do and how I can go about replacing them. The guy immediately pulls out a measuring tape and says the vehicle is to big. He just said "have a nice day" when I ask why I drove all the way out there. After that some words were exchanged. I am not sure why they didn't just say from the beginning the vehicle was to large to work on.

With a clean shop like this I know my car is in great hands!

Marcos and staff went through total research and once we thought we had the issue, another would pop up.

I arrive at my scheduled time and am greeted and my car promptly taken in. You can see the service through their glass windows. About 30 minutes later, Carlos comes back and tells me we have an issue! Turns out I told him the wrong size rims!!! And the ones I ordered don't even come in my wheel size. He makes some calls and comes back with three options, one of which is the top rated Michelin P4S which I opt for. He sends his driver over and the tires arrive in about 30 minutes. They finish the install, check the alignment, and check me out. This is a team that goes the extra mile. The waiting area is nice, free Keurig coffee maker, wi-fi and a great selection of wheels if you're looking for something new. Highly recommended.

They test drove my car after replacing my perfectly fine brakes and obviously still heard the squeaking noise but told us it was fixed. They refuse to refund my money for a false service rendered. They are scammers! Robert is top scammer. He said his manager Chris was going to refund us but he did not. Do not trust these people with your vehicle!!!

This is the same shop that had previously installed all four tires on the vehicle, which is why we returned there. After the repair was completed, my husband drove home (approximately 15 minutes away) and immediately noticed a new noise coming from the rear of the car. Concerned, he returned to the shop and asked the same worker who performed the job to inspect the issue. While test driving the vehicle, the worker claimed the noise was caused by the emergency parking brake. He pulled on the brake lever, and while the noise slightly lessened, it did not resolve. My husband, who has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, explained that the emergency brake had never been serviced and had not made any noise before the tire was removed and reinstalled. The worker became agitated and dismissive, suggesting instead that the brake pads could be at fault. His tone and demeanor grew increasingly rude. To avoid further confrontation, my husband asked him to return to the shop, stating that he no longer felt comfortable continuing the conversation. Once home, my husband called another individual at the shop--apparently a co-owner--and explained what happened. This person apologized and offered to re-inspect the vehicle, scheduling a follow-up for Tuesday, October 28th. On that date, we brought the car back and picked it up around 4:30 PM. The shop stated that the noise was still present, insisting once again that it was related to the emergency parking brake. My husband agreed to have the issue fixed and was told to bring the vehicle back on Thursday. We dropped the car off as instructed. The following day (Friday morning), I called for an update. The owner informed me that they were waiting for a part, expected to arrive at noon, and that they would call when the repair was completed. Later that afternoon, around 4 PM, my husband received a message stating that the wheel hub and bearings were damaged and needed replacement, at a cost of $650 plus tax. When I called to discuss the matter, I asked if he could offer a fairer price or use aftermarket parts. The owner refused, saying his only option was a used BMW part at that price. When I pointed out that this same shop was the last one to install and remove those tires -- and that improper torque or overtightening could have caused the damage -- the owner became defensive, raised his voice, and told me I was wrong. He insisted that "overtightening doesn't damage anything" and dismissed my explanation, despite my firsthand experience with similar damage on a prior vehicle. His tone throughout the call was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. At this point, we believe the damage to the wheel hub and bearings was directly caused by improper handling or overtightening during the initial tire repair performed on October 24th. The shop's refusal to take responsibility, as well as their unprofessional behavior and contradictory explanations, have left us with no choice but to document the incident with the Florida Department of agriculture and consumer services. I will also post someone else review they women had the same experience and she too owed a bmw they spoke as if they had experience with bmws and damaged the car even more.
