The technician, Nick, diagnosed a faulty TXV valve and charged me $400 for the repair. However, he forgot to cap off the coil, which caused all my refrigerant to leak out--resulting in an additional $900 loss in Freon. When I confronted him with proof of his mistake (his hose still attached to my unit), he finally admitted fault but refused to take responsibility. I then spoke with his father in the evening, hoping to resolve the issue, but he was rude, dismissive, and even accused me of never hiring them--despite his own son arriving in a company van and doing the work! This company does NOT stand by its work, and their lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Tomorrow, I'll be reporting them to LARA and considering small claims court. Save yourself the headache--DO NOT use Lewis Heating and Cooling!

My wife and I woke up on Monday and it was 60 degrees in the house. I decided to try to fix the…read morefurnace myself with my extremely limited knowledge. I wound up breaking the igniter on my gas furnace. Lol. We had Ciamillo out before so I called them. They had someone here in less than an hour. Mason was our service technician. He thoroughly checked out the furnace which is over 20 years old. He was unable to light the furnace manually and eventually determined the gas valve was not functioning (in addition to the broken igniter) and showed me how he knew that. He left for 45 minutes to get the parts, came back and we had heat before noon. So, basically it was prompt services, Mason was very competent, informative and friendly, and I was very satisfied with Ciamillo. The price was more than I anticipated, but I don't really know what the average rate would be for the repairs that were done. Apparently the price of parts has shot up dramatically this year like everything else, so I believe the price was fair.

We had another pricey quote for lower-end equipment than Ciamillo offered. Another company said we'd have to wait because they were busy. Ciamillo gave us a very reasonable quote without the need to haggle, and were done in a couple of days. They told us A/C would have to be turned ON the next summer, and they showed up and did it when the time came. They also registered all our warranties for us without us even asking about it, which was very professional and caring of them. If we stayed in the area, we'd have them do all HVAC work in the future. They're an honest business in their industry. Highly recommended!

He promised he would call me if it would be anymore. I was shocked when I got back and seen a $420 bill that was not itemized. I did not get a call. I feel like he took advantage of my girlfriend. This is not a good company. Do not use them for anything. There are plenty of other HVAC companies in the area. I highly suggest using them. We had planned on getting new furnaces and AC units for two homes but we will definitely be using a different company.
