Drive up at 7:30 PM to check that my car was locked up or inside.....no car in the lot or in service bay......did someone loan it out or drive it home or is my car stolen with my registration and garage opener inside it... If you don't go through with a repair, then they will keep the $50. It would rather stink to pay $50, have them come out and then the price is way more than other estimates that I've already received and then I'm out $50 and have to still pay additional money for someone else to do it? No thanks. Why would I have them come out when they can't even give me an estimate. I told them what the issue was, other establishments were able to give me an estimate at the least.

It was a wonderful seamless and fast experience. We had time afterwards to get lunch at a restaurant, then I had to report into work and my husband ran his errands. Had install on existing home remodel to spray foam walls and bond -- very disappointed. Workers…read moreseemed new and not supervised well. Left the work area a mess to the point a manager had to come out to clean up. Left house totally unlocked and garage open after informing us to stay elsewhere overnight. Later contractors had to chip off areas where spray should not have gone, and fill in low spots where it should have been -- which costed us more in the end. Office was helpful sending rebate information that I might have forgotten. Would only consider them again on a new build, and even then, with some hesitation.
