DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING SHADY. I came on 1/22/24 to purchase 2 subs and an amp. Before paying $900, they ripped off the serial number from the boxes. That area that was ripped off clearly states "warranty is void if removed". When I questioned it, 2 "owners" came at me, yelling at me that I'm being picky for questioning why they ripped off the serial number. They literally started a shouting match and cussing me out. It was WILD!! Never seen owners act so weird. They said because I'm going to sell it on Amazon. WTF!? What kind of logic is that? Um ok...let's say I would do that, so what? Then they said it's because the warranty takes too long. Then they said forget it, I don't want to sell to you anymore. Either way, all their excuses didn't add up to make any sense. Without any logical clear answer from the owners, there is definitely something weird going on here. These subs are either stolen or the manufacturers know a clear reason why they will not help this shop with warranty for their customers. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHADY PLACE! Came here few weeks ago installed an alarm and got warranty, went home & stop working 3 days after and I come back to fix it, to find out they sold me on warranty but didn't honor it. How Ridiculous is that! They apparently fixed the issue and I walked to my vehicle and it clearly still had the issue! I don't recommend coming here because they do fast paced work and NOT A GOOD JOB AT ALL. Still having to come back and pay for the repair to not be honored my warranty is what bothers the most! Headed up for LA for Labor Day weekend. Stopes and purchases a stereo. $130 with installation believed to be a deal. Once we headed back to the Bay Area and started acquainted ourselves we realized we did not get the box or the remote that comes with the stereo. The Bluetooth does stay connected and can't reconnect as pairing states it is not in range. Called them and they said I could go back to pick up the remote like I'm going back 400 miles. Beware make sure you pick up the box and google while you are waiting. The box is needed for the 1 yr warranty too as to show it's the unit. That's most likely the twisted fallback they have set up to not follow through. read more

I had my headlights switched to LED's here. I got charged $120 for the lights and installation. I overheard another guy come in and their estimate was $100. Maybe the car and year had something to do with it. But that wasn't my issue. Two days later my right side headlight was loose therefore I went back assuming they would tighten or put the screws that were missing. According to the worker who replaced my lights; it was already loose. First off, I wash my car often and would notice if my headlight was loose. Secondly, you should tell the customer this issue so they don't accuse you of poor work if it's true! They only offered to fix the problem if I was going to pay. Never ever take your car to this place this is the worst place.My experience almost cost me my car.Long story short I took my car in to have a stereo and alarm installed the owner and I agreed on two amps 1 woofer and a head unit after being at the shop eight hours they finally finished I left the shop I got 6 blocks down the street music started playing in and out I go back to the shop owner tells me that it was a bad wire and he needed to rewire the system in the process of him fixing the bad wire I notice only one amp in the trunk I question him,about it and he tells me oh I didnt think you needed the second amp now mind you I still paid him for the second Amp had I not had to gone back to the shop I would have,just asumed that there were two amps playing so he went ahead and installed the second amp feeling embarressed that he got busted he claims he upgraded the woofer and the amp I drive home the next morning I go to my car to start it and it doesnt start I charge the battery no luck it still doesnt start I call the owner of A&J he tells me to bring it in on monday because the weekends are his busiest days now mind you This is on a thurs I stated to him its not fair I should have to wait until monday because I have already paid you after going back and forth he finally says bring it Sat .Sat morning I tow my car from my home in riverside approx 1 hour away fro his shop I arrive to his shop I explain to him that I am uncomfortably about how the alarm was installed and that they should just remove it.Alarm gets removed batterys charged up and I am on my way home after parking my car in my garrage Turning off the key I hear somthing still playing open the trunk only to find out the amp is consistantly on even with the key being turned off and no key in the ignition I also notice my air ride console isnt working meaning the control pad has a blank screen I call the owner he tells me to bring it in again I take it in he tells me oh the amp was bad and thats why the amp kept staying on lol.he changed the amp now on to why the airride system isnt working anymore he trys to troubleshoot the problem customers are coming and he said hes short handed on help and if possible can I bring it back on thurs.I decide to take it to another shop closer to my home Thank God I did They were able to troubleshoot the problem only to find out A&J had cut into some constant power wires and caused a small fire to my car on the passenger side.I will be seeking sueing and seeking damages word to the wise stay away from this shop they are nice guys however they dont know what they are doing I am so greatful the whole car did not go up in flames electrical fires are no joke. If i could it would be zero stars! Took my CRV in FEB 9 ,2020 to get a radio installed. Paid over $400 and they broke a piece off of my a/c. Thankfully I caught it and made them replace it. FAST FOWARD TO MAY 23rd and they barely gave me the part replacement! And it's FROM THE JUNK Yard. I get it, my car is a 07 but I take great care of my car. So if it was not broken I expect a new part. I complained to Alfonso and his sidekick Armando about it and they said I had to wait two hours to fix it. It's legit a simple replacement. Not my fault y'all messed up my vehicle. Be a better business man and fix what you broke. I kept saying this is your mistake please fix it, I have been waiting since Feb. his response? The person who broke it must fix it. So I had to wait two hours. When he had a bunch of employees screaming at me that I was wrong for asking them to fix it now. I ended up doing it in 10 mins at home since they didn't want to help me anymore- since I was upset and used the words " you fucked up my car" he said he didn't like that I cursed so I wasn't going to be able to be helped. he threatened me to leave so I called the cops.
