I took my 4runner in to get a "full" audio sound system door speakers and a 12 inch sub. I waited 2 weeks to get it installed and when they did they used cheap equipment and didn't tune the sound right. The sound isn't there and the subwoofer doesn't have any bass. Came here a while ago to buy some rims. The guys were really cool. They help me find some nice rims for my BMW. Victor helped me and hooked me up with a really good price. Called a few minutes ago and asked how much they charge for a front and rear dash cam installation. Person on the phone told me they would have to see the camera to tell me how much. I told him I knew the brand, model number, the accessories I wanted installed and all he could tell me is they had to see the camera in person. He then stated that he wanted to give me an honest quote which is fine but all he had to do was look it up while I was on the phone. No, he wanted to me to come down just for a quote. Bad customer service, why inconvenience a customer. I told him I had an idea as to hote much it should cost and all I wanted was his price. He then said in a shitty way "why don't you tell me how much it should cost?". I told him $150 and hung up. Rude, impatient and did not make any effort to help. Regarding the below statement from Tony: All that you had to do was put me on hold, go to your computer to look up the camera I mentioned and then ask what type of vehicle I have. Crunch your numbers and give an estimate. See, it's that simple. That's called good customer service, going above and beyond to attain business. I was even going to have you tint my windows,install better sound system and install a 10 inch screen in my car. Now I'm good and I'll go somewhere else. Had a crap load of stuff done here and what an amazing job. First let's list what I got done, all speakers replaced with Focal components (best part of my system), 2 alpine type R amps (2 and 4 channel), JL subwoofer, 2 epicenters(def needed if you don't only listen to rap), interior lighting, 22 inch rims. Let's just say my Ford Explorer went from night to day from the sound and to the looks. The sound is amazing because the guys know what they are doing, Byron the installer did an amazing job, Victor knew his stuff from the stereo to the rims I bought. Seriously you can do whatever you want to your car if you bring it here, like anything. And didn't get hustled on the price either, extremely fair. Way happy with the work that was done. My only complaint would be that when the back seat was removed, the seat belt buckles were left under the seat so there's no way of buckling in. I've been here twice already! Once to get my windows tinted and a second time to get a new sound system installed. Prices have always been fair and honest. Multiple options for different budgets were always given to me. When i got my windows tinted, Tony did a great job of explaining the different tints and why people go with certain ones. I didn't want anything extreme and his recommendation turned out great! Its been almost 2 years and the tint is holding up great with no issues at all. If you drive a WRX you know that for a nice car it has a terrible sound system with no bass and no clarity in the mids and highs. Again, Tony laid out the different ways to achieve what I was looking for. He was also incredibly acccomodating to some special requests I had. I decided to go with a 5ch amp, new kicker speakers and tweeters, a 10" kicker sub, and an output converter so that I could retain my factory headunit which I insisted on. I'm also a DJ so often times I have a lot of equipment in my trunk and backseat. He and his crew was able to mount the amp under the drivers seat with no wires showing in the cabin. The subwoofer enclosure was a nice compact size to maximize storage capacity in the trunk. I had a gig the day after installation and was happy to see that I was still able to fit my turntables, mixer, and other components in my trunk without removing the sub. Even if I need more space, the sub is easily removable with the connectors they used for the enclosure. On top of all that, my car sounds AMAZING! i can't stop smiling when I listen to music now. It really changed my driving experience. Tony even called me after I picked up my car to make sure everything sounded good and that I understood how to use all the controls. Thank you Tony and his staff for always taking care of me. I normally don't trust anyone with my car, but I'd gladly take my car and future cars here to get work done again! I had a very bad experience on another shop I went to 2 weeks before I came to to Tony at Discount Audi & wheels. I came in and talk to tony told him I had a problem with a my system that was install 2 weeks ago somewhere. There was engine noise coming out of the speakers and another weird noise coming out of the woofers.
