I went in here and every staff member I dealt with (there were a few, front desk and mechanic etc) and all of them were courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They found me 4 suitable replacements for an extremely good price. They were dead honest about the level of wear being high, and cautioned me accordingly. These tires were absolutely in road-worthy condition, just worn, and I appreciated that they were so conscientious about safety and so on. On top of all that, after I delivered all 4 slashed tires still on the rims, they had them mounted and filled for $20 each and it was done in 40 minutes. These guys are honest, fair, and fast.

I still had dinners to deliver and although I was driving a refrigerated van I was concerned about dinners thawing. I was able to limp the van to OK tires on West 3rd Avenue in Vancouver. I told them my situation, and although they were busy they took the time to look at the van, their technician found a tool kit under the driver seat (I didn't know there was one) and was able to lower the spare tire from under the van. They changed the tire for me and I was on my way within 15 minutes. I cannot express just how helpful, understanding and efficient they were. I, and my boss were extremely thankful and we can only say that their service was above and beyond anything we expected. Thank you very much. All of you that helped get me back on the road showed the absolute highest degree of professionalism. Five stars is not enough, you deserve 10!

Brought my car in at appointment time but they sent me away. "Too busy" right now they said. Came back at new appointment time. This time someone had called in sick and they couldn't fix it. Third time there and the employee working only replaced one of the two required exhaust pipes BUT didn't say anything!!!! The other pipe he just stuffed with muffler putty (?!) He dead eyed told me both parts were installed and charged me for both!!!! Liaaaaaars. I went out to the parking lot, looked under the car, which still sounded like it was leaking exhaust and literally saw muffler putty spurting out. Went back in and called them out on it. Wtf?!?!!? Stone faced lie. The owner then got involved and blah blah blah. Fast talking slick eddy. Ended up fixing it as originally said but charged me double than the quoted price. I was a teenager at the time and didn't push back too hard. You tell me if that's how honest, good business is done? I never went back, told everyone I know my experience and everyone else relayed similar horror stories. I brought my car in for an inspection and was offered a…read morecomplimentary loaner while they checked it. At no point was I told there would be a charge for the inspection. When I returned to pick up my car, I was surprised with a $315 bill with no prior notice or authorization. I had no choice but to pay to get my car back. I've had inspections done at other shops in the area at no charge. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and not in line with BC consumer protection standards. I contacted them directly to resolve the issue and over a week has passed with no response. I've since opened a dispute with my credit card provider. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience so others don't go through the same situation.
