Joanna and Sheila are beyond amazing. My mother decided to purchase a humungous rug while visiting from chicago and it was up to me to ship it to her lol. I called and Joanna helped me through everything including providing a Uhaul to get the rug there. It took 5 people to wrap this thing including the nice young gentleman that worked there and a regular customer even helped! The environment is so friendly and welcoming and Joanna even stopped in on her day off to help and make sure this thing was shipped. I picked up my uhaul rental at this location. I picked up the truck at 7 am before they were open, so I just checked in through the uhaul website. the truck was clean and easy to get in to. Upon return, the owner was already outside in the parking lot cleaning another uhaul. He greeted me and told me he would go inside to grab the iphone and be back. I didn't even have to go in to the store, he did the transaction after he inspected the truck and all was well. Very nice guy, very convenient location, and a local business. read more
