During the repair, ABQ Collision forgot to re-affix the under-tray, which came lose, and replaced the entire thing at the cost of the part. Some areas for improvement: 1. ABQ Collision did not promptly let me know that my replacement headlamp had arrived and I could bring my car in. I found out the part was there when I called to check since I hadn't heard anything for a while. 2. ABQ Collision was reluctant to admit that the under-tray issue was their fault, and did charge me around $60 for the part. I would have expected that to be written off since that was their mistake and the cost was relatively small. Still, I'd gladly come back.

I know the dealership could do it but why go there when there are other (closer) options in town. I found ABQ Collision on another search site. I called and made an appointment for a lightbulb replacement and headlamp restoration. It was seamless and the service took less than 24 hours. The price was very reasonable! When I picked up my car I was so pleased with how clear the headlamps came out. It was just like when I drove my car off the sales lot for the first time. Leroy does quality work and will answer all your questions. He was exceptional and I will go to him for any future auto body needs. Thanks again.

I waited 2 weeks to get my car fixed, which seemed like a long time to fix or replace a dented rear door. When picking it up, I waited 1.5 hours only to find out that it wasn't fixed right. Major mis alignment of body parts and the door. This forced me to wait even longer to get my car back. They need better customer service and quality checks. If you have a lot of extra time to mess around, then this is the place to go.

I went to the website to check location and services. It's was a lie. I wasted 3 hours and got the run around. Finally went down to the headquarters trying to accomplish something in 4 hours but was met by the most unpleasant staff. Beautiful big new lobby, big expensive new building, great appearance, and accommodating atmosphere, they spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to make it a professional business. Greeted by The staff was the most rude, abrasive, unprofessional, worst experience I've had. Auto Body repair business has a terrible reputation for scams. This location takes it to a new low. My car was rear-ended in Nob Hill on Valentine's Day (after a nice dinner out with my hubby…read more.. sigh). The good part: the guy who hit me had the same insurance company as me, so claim processing was pretty easy. The bad part: the insurance company steered me to their associated collision repair facility, which declared my car a total loss (ARGH!) only because the cost of repairs exceeded 75% of the value of the car. I wouldn't have been able to buy a new (or even used) car of the same quality with the insurance buyout, and I just KNEW the car was repairable. I found Southwest Collision Craftsmen here on Yelp, read all their good reviews, and went to them. Bottom line: except for a few factors (which were relatively minor in the long run), I'm VERY happy I did! Manny (the owner) and a manager both did thorough inspections to arrive at a repair estimate that was significantly lower than the insurance company's facility quoted. (Of course, it helped that I provided a copy of the other place's estimate!) I had several long conversations with Manny about the pros and cons of going ahead with the repair. We faced a substantial risk of them getting way into it, then finding (after ripping the car apart to the point of no return) that it was not repairable after all - at which point I'd have to pay for the work to date, then scrap it. Manny made sure I understood the risks from all angles in advance. We took the chance, and it paid off. YAY! The downsides: 1) I had to make multiple appointments and come back multiple times to get SWCC's estimate finalized and get the work going. 2) The work took MUCH longer than they anticipated (several weeks longer!), even with built-in timeframes for ordering & delivery of parts. There were delays in starting the work, and delays in promised completion dates. 3) While Manny is a very friendly, sociable guy, that sometimes leads to in-person and phone conversations that are way longer than necessary just to get updates. The upsides: 1) SWCC stuck by their repair estimate, and did not add extra costs or any work we had not already discussed. No surprises on the final bill! 2) When I finally got my car back, it looked GREAT! Better than it did before I got rear-ended! 3) I got to keep the car I loved, and the repairs were ALL covered by insurance and then some. WIN-WIN! In the end, I was VERY happy with how everything turned out. Despite the relatively minor glitches, Manny and the staff at SWCC are very helpful, friendly, thorough and professional. And the technicians' work is EXCELLENT. If you need top-quality collision repair at a fair price, I highly recommend Southwest Collision Craftsmen.

Searching for a Body Shop to Repair, some minor damage on my passenger side door of my 2024…read moreCorvette convertible. I chose Crown Couchworks. In hindsight, it has been one of the worst decisions I've made concerning my automobile . Initially I was told by the estimator/service advisor the repairs would take three weeks, possibly four weeks at the most. This was due to the complexity in repairing a C8 corvette. My car was taken to Crown CouchWorks in mid March 2026. Today is August 26, 2026, my car is still not completed. So April,May, June, July now August have almost passed....5 months I've been waiting for the completion of three or four week minor repair. They have been paid over $10,000 by my insurance company in addition to another $1,000 that I have paid them. They collected 80% of these funds in March 2026. By my estimat,Body Shop technicians working on my car accounted for three of the five months. GM sending a defective passenger door panel added two weeks maybe 20 days. The Estimator/ service writer who was the lead on this job has for certain added a month and a half in delays. Countless trips to the shop voicing my concern have been met with, "we are working on it" to "the ones working on your car have called in sick"to "the Body Shop personnel working on your car both have quit" to " the owner of the company and I am personally going to come in and make sure your car gets finished" Finally the latest comment was" do what you Gotta do" This was in response to my demand that my car be returned to me immediately. although my.car was not completely repaired. I took of possession of it one week ago. They did say they would not release my car unless I paid $500 and sign a ridiculous statement stating that the car was not repaired correctly and they were not responsible for the consequences that could arise out of their not completing the work they contracted for.I did not sign it, I paid the $500 they demandedI to release my car. I do want to add this Crown CouchWorks specifically their Painter did a great job in the painting of the car and also the matching of the paint. I asked that the owner call me, and was hungup on by the estimator/service writer. Perhaps he will reach out to me when he reads this review. Fortunately, I have the resources to get my car repaired correctly, it is currently at the dealership where the car was purchased and advised it's going to cost me $490. I'm not angry at Crown ChoachWorks. Although I'm.I'm certainly disappointed. I don't know if anyone else has had an experience like this with this company, I hope not. Therefore,,in good conscience, I could not recommend this company to anyone repairs.
