They were courteous, respectful, very quick and thorough. They repaired my Subaru, worked with the insurance company ( the value of the quote) and made it look as if nothing had happened to it. They even detailed inside of my car and replaced the cover on the driver side seat that I told them that would pay out of pocket for because it was not part of the accident but they fixed it anyways with no charge. When Ed (Gerry's brother) arrived, he examined it and told me he could fix it in five minutes. I think it took him three. And he did a beautiful job - scratch disappeared, looks like new again.
