My most recent experience has left me frustrated beyond belief. On July 28, we lost power at our facility. Our generator ran perfectly for approximately eight hours before shutting down unexpectedly. I called their office right away, and staff attempted to help me diagnose the problem over the phone, but we were unable to get the unit running again. Because we operate an animal shelter caring for more than 60 animals, this was an urgent situation. The earliest appointment available was 9:00 a.m. the following morning. Tyler arrived as scheduled and identified the problem. He initially believed the necessary part would have to be ordered with an uncertain lead time. I inquired if replacing the entire generator would be quicker and/or even necessary. He said there was no reason to replace it as it is repairable and replacing it would also take lead time to order a new unit. After realizing how critical the situation was for our animals, he checked and found the part at your office, retrieved it, and had us back online that same day. I sincerely appreciated his professionalism and his concern for the welfare of our animals. Before leaving, Tyler explained the following: - The unit requires two capacitors, and because they should always be replaced as a matched set, he would order two more. - The battery cables also need to be replaced. - Someone from the office would contact us to schedule a return visit once the parts arrived. On July 30, I received a voicemail from a male representative stating that the capacitor we need is no longer available and that you needed my credit card for payment. When I returned the call, I spoke with a woman who reviewed my file and told me that my balance was zero because you have our ACH information on file. She stated the invoice was $235. I asked her to clarify whether someone would still be returning to complete the repair, and she said she would pass the information along and that someone would follow up with me. Shortly afterward, the same male representative called back. During that conversation, he: - Told me I was mistaken about the generator being repairable - Insisted I could not have spoken with anyone at his office - Stated the bill was $614, not $235 - Denied that you have our ACH information on file His tone was dismissive, downright accusatory, and he gave the clear impression that he did not believe what I was telling him. He said an invoice had been sent, and I told him it would be paid. This morning, August 4, my wife called to get a straight answer about whether our generator can be repaired. She spoke with the same representative, and that call was equally unproductive. I'd ask that you review the way these calls were handled. Tyler represented your company extremely well, and I have no complaints about the technical service we received. The follow-up communication, however, was contradictory and unnecessarily combative. As an animal shelter, a reliable generator is not a convenience -- it is essential to the safety of the animals in our care. Because of such a horrific experience, we have taken our business elsewhere. We will find a company to double-check the work that was performed and see if we can salvage a much needed piece of equipment and if not, replace it. Very poor customer service and you have lost a long time client.

Travel Sewing Repair came to my house to fix the problems I was having with my machine within 2 weeks of contacting them. Dustin came out on a Sunday afternoon and quickly identified and resolved the timing problem. He showed me some tips on adjusting the tension and didn't leave until I was satisfied the machine was working perfectly. Aeroseal cleaned and sealed my ductwork, for two furnaces including both the supply and return…read moreductwork. We paid about $2,200 per furnace, we have two furnaces. I could not be happier with the results this service delivers and would recommend this to anyone who plans on staying in their house three or more years since the energy savings will pay for itself in more efficient heating and cooling in both the winter and summer. We hired Aeroseal for several reasons: - we had poor air flow to multiple rooms in our house causing cold rooms in the winter and hot rooms in the summer * - we had poor airflow from our return ductwork which uses a "pan" method that uses our wall cavities rather than sheet metal ducts to deliver the return air to our furnace. Several rooms had no return airflow at all due to the massive amounts of leakage throughout the length of the return ductwork * - dust buildup throughout the house caused by our return airflow puling dust, dirt, insulation, etc. back into our heating and cooling system * - some walls were hot to the touch where ductwork was located directly above the furnace The very professional Aeroseal team finished yesterday at 4pm and already we are enjoying much stronger heat flow into the rooms that used to be cold with very little heat. The wall located directly above our furnace that was previously hot from leaking air has been completely fixed, it now feels like every other interior wall - this is amazing to me. Also, since it is winter time right now our utility room that houses the furnace was 15-20 degrees warmer than the finished portion of our basement due to the massive amount of leakage ... after Aeroseal completed their work the utility room is now cool and I would estimate to be about 10 degrees cooler than our finished basement. Another thing that impressed me, was that that because they use highly accurate measuring equipment for airflow and temperature readings on every supply and return vent, they uncovered something none of the four heating/cooling companies we used over the past 6 years had found - we have four supply vents that are crossed over and being fed by the wrong furnace. We have two furnaces, one for the first floor and basement, and the other for the second floor. So the cold room on our second floor was somehow linked to our first floor furnace, not our second floor furnace. This information tells me several things: 1) Aeroseal's measuring equipment is legitimate and highly accurate - that's the only way they could have uncovered this information 2) I now know that I can't lower my first floor temperature at night like I used to since it is feeding two rooms on my second floor - and one of those rooms, my daughter's bedroom, has been our coldest room and a major problem I've been trying to solve for the past 6 years. I would recommend this company to anyone who plans to live in their house longer than 5 years since you can be sure to get the full return on your investment through energy savings, plus you will be more comfortable throughout your house, and finally you'll have less dust buildup now that your return ductwork will no longer be pulling dirt, insulation, pollen, etc. into your furnace which then distributes that dirty air throughout your house.
