It was feeling not quite as cold and the fan seemed like it was working a little harder, so I wanted to get it cleaned before the hot summer months hit! I *hate* making phone calls, but the receptionist was SUPER nice, so that immediately put me at ease. Their quote was flat rate and very reasonable so I was happy I wouldn't be guessing how much it would come to at the end. She apologized for not being able to get me in the week I called but was able to fit me in the next week - which was faster than I had expected! The technician came at the quoted time and took about an hour, which is how long they had told me on the phone. It says something about other companies on island that this is a noteworthy comment! He was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. He showed me the visible spots he had cleaned, but the best thing is now our AC is back to being icy cold - I had to bump it up to make it warmer! - and it smells nice and clean. I paid in cash (there is a fee if you use card. You can also write a check if you prefer). We will definitely be happy to use this company again in the future!

Second time this has happened, last time they claimed not their fault so we paid for the fix and, no issues until today... now more ceiling damage. Called the office no answer voice mail is full guess they dont deal with emergencies . Now we are pulling wet insulation from the ceiling plus other cleanup needs. Maybe they will respond quickly to a poor review.

I called up APB and got a same day appointment. Trent showed up promptly. He pressurized the system and within 30 minutes found the leak in the indoor evaporator coil. He was very informative. APB will charge $200 for the service call, whereas the other company quoted me up to $970 to do the same task.

After calling C S Mechanical, Reid sent Brian over in about one hour! So helpful! He quickly diagnosed a possible leak in the A/C line so we decided to get a new Mitsubishi unit to replace our old Fujitsu. After ordering a replacement, JayR came within 2 days to remove our old unit, mount and install our new unit, and explained how to operate and maintain our new system. We are now enjoying the comfort of a cool night's sleep! Yay! So impressed with their dedication and hard work!
