I had some small projects that i needed an electrician for. In its place i wanted to install track light above the railing to make it easy to switch out the lights. The second and third was to install an outdoor flood light and from there an outdoor weatherized outlet. Contacted Sparky and Jerry responded quickly. I provided pictures and such and when I was ready we did a site walk. He shared options of what we can do as well shared any issues. Quoted me at the end of the day and schedule the job a few days later. The day of, Sparky and Sons (total 3 of them) came in and put together a safe scaffold to remove both light fixtures and smoke detector and covered with a blank plate. Then installed the track lighted to my direction. on the outside, flood light, outdoor weather switch, and outdoor weather outlet was installed to my direction by tapping into an existing outlet in the kitchen and running it outside. They did a great job and was very professional as Jerry was instructing his son's ensuring everything was visually pleasing. One thing i truly respected was the clean up as electricians are known to leave "poop" (wire ends) all over the place. Jerry ensured this was cleaned up and threw away all trash leaving it as good or better than when they started. They did a great job, price was very reasonable, and the end result i am very happy with.

My apartment had recently suffered multiple unidentified leaks this past year that has been a…read morenightmare to navigate. I first messaged Mike and other candidates in 2025 when I was gathering quotes for an insurance claim that ultimately got denied. It was very clear that Mike and the team have great workmanship from the photos - this is coming from someone who's seen great drywall work and extremely poor work that I could do better myself. I could tell right off the bat that these were the guys I wanted to work with. The proof was in the "mudding" as I changed scope to account for materials, budget, level 4-5 finish, and paint finish quality. Having to pay out of pocket for an expense I anticipated someone else to cover was a bit of a concern for my wallet. Mike was patient with me and we worked out a price we could agree on by removing items from the scope that might still been in good condition and limiting the amount of work that needed to be done on a bump-out wall next to my shower. John texted me soon after we agreed to move forward and scheduled the work for the following week. He also suggested a change in material (DensShield) from what I had originally requested (blueboard) and I am so grateful to have skilled/experienced teammates to work with that really know what they're doing. Day 1 was demolition, hanging, and mudding. John was finished and out before lunch and I could already tell that the quality of work was spectacular. You couldn't even tell the ceiling was repaired because it was blended in perfectly with the surrounding area. The bump-out wall was looking way better than it was even prior to the water damage. We left the fan on throughout the day and overnight to let the hot mud dry out. Day 2 was sanding, priming, and painting. Fortunately, I purchased and stored paint that was specific to my bathroom from a previous repair and had it at the ready this time around as well. Honestly, when I first discovered the leak, I originally planned to fix it myself so I also had a brand new container of primer. I'm pretty satisfied with the work, especially with the DensShield suggestion and installation in both affected areas to account for future leaks. I didn't know such product existed and the workmanship mudding a material such as DensShield and it essentially coming out nearly flawless is pretty impressive. Overall, I would give Mike's team a solid 9/10. Prompt responses, flexibility in materials/scope, and great quality of work. The quote, as some have mentioned is on the higher side compared to other candidates I'd spoken with, but I learned the last time that you get what you pay for. Could I have gotten it cheaper? 100%. Would it have come out as good? Not sure. The last guy I hired at maybe half the price got the job done, but clearly not done well and that's what got me in this predicament, SO... don't cheap out if you can help it - especially for a bathroom or high-moisture/high-risk area. I'm certain I'll be working with Mike and the team in the future and there are no regrets here as compared to my last drywall adventure. Thank you Mike & John for your patience and hard work.

It was feeling not quite as cold and the fan seemed like it was working a little harder, so I wanted to get it cleaned before the hot summer months hit! I *hate* making phone calls, but the receptionist was SUPER nice, so that immediately put me at ease. Their quote was flat rate and very reasonable so I was happy I wouldn't be guessing how much it would come to at the end. She apologized for not being able to get me in the week I called but was able to fit me in the next week - which was faster than I had expected! The technician came at the quoted time and took about an hour, which is how long they had told me on the phone. It says something about other companies on island that this is a noteworthy comment! He was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. He showed me the visible spots he had cleaned, but the best thing is now our AC is back to being icy cold - I had to bump it up to make it warmer! - and it smells nice and clean.
