Called Wicked powersports for a certain waverunner (2025 model) on 4/24/25 - they had a deposit on it so we put a deposit $500 deposit on a 2026 model and went to their store on 4/25/25. Spoke with Rachel and she was very informative and pleasant. Rachel said someone would call us Monday and let us know if the people that put the deposit on the 2025 were still taking the machine. We called Monday three times to find out if the machine was available and each time someone was to call us back-nobody did. Tuesday same thing-three calls someone will get back-nobody did. Called Wednesday and got Jen. Told her wanted to know if the 2025 was sold or not and she said it was. Told her we were very unhappy that in three days no one had time to return our call to find out if the 2025 was available. Was told we should have some compassion because her family comes first -her daughter got married that weekend and she was busy and had to catch up at work. I said still no reason that someone couldn't take 2 minutes to let us know if the machine was available. Told her you just lost a sale of the 2026 we put the deposit on because of no call back and her attitude blaming us because we thought three days was a long time for a call back. Was told from her that they didn't need our business. Asked to talk to a manager and she said she was the manager so I asked to talk to the owner and she said she was the owner which I questioned if she was and she hung up on me. Very poor customer relation person. She acted like we were asking too much expecting a call back and to be sympathetic because she had a wedding and I had no compassion!! So disappointed after purchasing our 2nd machine from WPS. Traded in the first ATV we bought from them to "upgrade" to a SxS. They dropped it off with the EBrake broken among other issues. It took 3 weeks to get it corrected. While they had our machine for weeks they would not return calls and we were almost at the point of wanting to trade it in to get a brand new one so we wouldn't have to deal with issue. When asked about a price on brand new one they wouldn't even honor the price we paid for this machine as a trade in even though they had it longer then we actually did at this point. I made the trip based on their website and what they advertised. While I was standing in the showroom (I was the only customer), two employees completely ignored me. When a third walked through and I attempted to ask about what they had in stock, he didn't even break stride as he continued to walk right passed me and left the showroom. Absolutely the worst place please do not buy from them, take your money elsewhere. We found a kids quad for sale on fb market place and we wanted to purchase it. In the ad of fb it read first come first serve. My wife contacted the sell, wicked motor sports and indicated we wanted to purchase the quad for the asking price. My wife informed them she was willing to pay full over the phone, they told her they dont do that and they want you to physically see the item before you buy. They offered to take a $100.00 and hold the atv for 3 days. My wife explained to them the ad on fb said first come first serve, they assured her it was ours and there was no issues. They took our $100.00 deposit. We made arrangements with family and friends to be able to get the 4wheeler the next day, our children were thrilled and excited. Several hours after making the purchase we received a call inquiring if we were on our way. My wife informed them we would be there tomorrow to pick it up, they informed her that someone else was now in store to by the 4 wheeler, my wife informed the employee that we had put a deposit on it and were assured we did not need to come immediately to pick it they would hold it for us. My wife told them again she would pay in full right now over the phone or come get it right now. The caller said they would hav jen call us back. We didn't ever receive a call back from Jen. Worried about getting our 4 wheeler my wife tried to call, she was transferred to people's voicemail she requested someone call us back. Ghosted no call backs. I called 10 times, each time I received an operator who would transfer me to a voicemail. I requested from the operator she not transfer me and find someone to assist me she explained she was on a different floor in a different part of the building. Persistent I kept calling finally I got in touch with Rachael I told her why I was calling and told me i needed to speak with Jen, she transferred me no answer voicemail. I continued to call finally got in touch with Jen who told me nothing she could do I needed to speak with Rachael she immediately transferred me no answer then to voicemai. I left several messages requesting a call back, nothing. The following day we continued to ake contact with them. My wife made contact with an unknown female who told her the 4 wheeler was sold and apologized saying no one should have taken her deposit and told her they would hold it. My wife expressed frustration over the matter and was told that it was not a big deal as it was a cheap kids quad. This was no consolation for my 5, and 12 year old. Devastating to say the least. They are unprofessional don't care who they hurt or why, just want your money. We have not received a call back or our deposit back, I will be pursuing all legal and ethical means, Bbb, facebook, and so on to resolve this issue only to make sure it does not happen to anyone else read more

I find it VERY VERY interesting to find that we have brought over four snowmobiles to you fools and every time that we have brought it up they have had full tanks of gas in them when we get them back they are all on empty I have no idea why this is but we just picked up the last sled that will ever be brought to you idiots I have no idea where the gas could have gone if your using it in your personal vehicle or in other sleds or putting it in gas cans and saving it but even when friends have brought there sleds to you on full tanks of gas they've gotten it back on empty after all the money we spent here you really think that you could trust the people that you give your baby over to but clearly we were mistaken we will no longer be doing business with Wicked Powersports and with good reason steer clear of this place at all costs read more
