I picked up my truck and he didn't charge for his services. I appreciate his honesty in not doing work that wasn't needed. This guy told my husband that the transfer case was loose and a bracket was broken on it so he put a nut in it to "temporary fix" it. Keep in mind he fixed it before even calling to say what it was. So he claimed that the wrong transmission was in the car and that we needed to take it back to where we previously had it done a year ago! So we did and they checked it over and the transmission is fine. We don't know what this guy fixed to stop the noise but to scare us like that when we have had pervious transmission issues and to charge us $50 for whatever he did. We are not impressed and we will not be going back.

I told them something was draining my battery so they did a battery test (like you can get for free at auto zone or Napa) and said my battery was bad. The battery was less than a year old so this did not solve the problem. Problem 2. Air conditioning. I paid the fee and the repair cost which included replacing an O ring, then my ac quit working on the way home. I took it back and they said there was rust on the part that connected to the O ring and charged me the assessment fee again because it was "a different problem". They would not budge on this so I did not have the repair done there and have not been back. The assessment fee might not be a big deal to some people, but my income is very low due to health so it was huge to me. I also lost faith in them with this experience.
