Subaru of Spokane Ian my salesman, Chris sales Manager, Patrick dealership manager, and Michael finance all went above and beyond for me. They truly want their customers to return with always having a great experience. They all are kind. They listened to me, explained things to me and wanted me to be happy not just as their customer but as a person. They will joke with you, make you laugh but be professional in making you feel at ease. They want you to love what you're driving. They saw me as a person with true concerns that they wanted to make right. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!! I'm not just going to be a returning customer but a customer that will use their services for the small things such as oil changes. They too don't want to be slammed on social media just as none of us do going to work, doing our jobs and working hard to make a living. Ian is amazing not just at selling cars but at building a relationship with you. Michael is good at explaining what you are signing financially not hiding anything. Chris was great at making it right for me. Patrick I can't write how truly grateful I am for his kindness and wanting to make everything ok for me. Great people!!!!

Nobody needs a GED for that even!!!! Been trying to get repairs done on brand new 2500 HD -- $100,000 + truck and no one seems to know how to order a part let alone get the part. Every time they say they got it -- guess what THEY DIDN"T !!!!! Never return phone calls when they say... Have been driving around with bad mirror and running boards that don't work since we purchased NEW!!!! No one told us that Becker SOLD -- If so we would have purchased through another dealer. Service with this new company is flat - outright ridiculous and they should be ashamed of themselves. How embarrassing for you and your employees. During the negotiation process, the first thing I noticed was a "Accessory" charge for $1,500 for ceramic coating the interior/exterior and window tinting on the car I was buying, claiming it was already done. I've never encountered a dealership trying to make the customer pay for work done prior to the sale. After going back and forth and I was about to walk away, they begrudgingly removed the charge. Later, during financing, they tried selling me the same ceramic and window tint package that they had originally claimed was already done. After much back-and-forth, it became clear the work hadn't been done, and I began to feel like I was being misled. Before leaving, I asked the salesman, Kevin, if I misunderstood, and he confirmed that he was told the work was already completed. I tried addressing this issue with Kevin, who barely responded to my texts. After a week of no progress, I finally spoke with Alex, the general manager. He essentially accused me of wanting something for free, even though I explained that I agreed on the car's price because I was told the work had already been done and even came with a 5-year warranty. The owner, Yama(who I personally reached out to)was no better--he dismissed the situation by condescendingly explaining to me that when you buy something, you receive the product. Neither Alex nor the owner would acknowledge that I was lied to about the work that was done to the car. To this day I have not received an apology or even an acknowledgment of what happened. In the end, I paid $500 to have the ceramic coating and window tinting done. I waited over a month, and despite calling almost daily to schedule an appointment I was unsuccessful. I was even told to bring my car in and when I showed up nobody had any idea of me showing up. Finally, after talking to another salesman he was able to make the appointment. This dealership is unprofessional, dishonest, and provides horrible customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone. Avoid this place at all costs!

The best thing about this place is that they never go on the test drive with you, at least they never have with us. They also never pressured us with wanting our phone number or giving you those lame ass sayings you only hear at a car dealer such as, " What can I do to put you in this car today", " I really think you look great in this vehicle", etc. Once we decided to purchase said vehicle the "arguing process" LOL was non eventful. Easily the smoothest deal we have been through. BTW, while there a lady came in that had her car there for service with a suitcase. They had picked her up at the airport and brought her to pick up her vehicle. Pretty nice of them. Thanks A Lot. Mitch

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lexus of Spokane…read more I brought my 2018 Lexus RX 450hL in at 10:00 AM because my vehicle was displaying a "Hybrid System Stopped" warning. By 5:00 PM, my car still had not been diagnosed, and I was simply told they couldn't determine why the message was appearing. I understand that diagnosing intermittent issues can take time, but after waiting all day, I expected much better communication, updates, and progress. What made the experience even worse was what happened when my 6-year-old Black son and I first arrived. An older white employee looked at my son and said, "Oh, are you the guy we hired to clean the floors? We pay a nickel an hour." I found that comment completely inappropriate and offensive to say to a young child. It immediately made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

    By far the worst dealership out there. Both the sales and service department is incompetent. First…read moreof all they sold and delivered a truck without a working horn. Then lied on inspection sheet. Seat heaters did not work, an 1/8 of inch of rust on all four brake rotors after saying they are in good condition. The four wheel drive does not work and many more lies on the inspection sheet. I spoke with a service advisor that told me the brake noise is normal told me it's because I bought a Ford. I showed the manager and advisor the photos of the brake rotors. They then said that's not good. Was informed the would take care of the brakes. After getting the truck back I went on a road trip to Canada with my family and friends. Heard more noise I started to take my wheel caps off after getting back. Two lug nuts just fell out oh the right and one on the left. I checked the rest of them and found more that were not even hand tight!!! 6 out of the 12 lug nuts on the front were completely loose. After finding this out I went back trying to get my paperwork from the company the advisor never gave me it when picking up the vehicle. But had immediately sent an email to the manager and advisor. Was ignored called the service department and multiple emails. After being ignored for months. I spoke to the sales department and they had service send it to me. I had other concerns with my vehicle that I wanted use my warranty on but I don't feel comfortable taking my truck to this dealer. Between sales delivering the vehicle before the horn was repaired. Lies on the inspection sheet. Loose lug nuts and the withholding the repair order for an extensive period of time.
