It was a busy Saturday and they came right before 1pm :) I was given an email notification, and a text notification! When you sign up, you have the option to give specific instructs/directions, I gave them my location and room number and the gentlemen came right to the door! :) I told him my husband was leaving in the afternoon the very next day and he said, "Not a problem, I'll put a rush on it!" The next day, I sent out an email with a confirmation that our clothes would be here before 3pm (check out time here) and I got a super fast response verifying that my clothes would arrive no later than 2:45pm. Went to take my dogs out, and left my phone in the hotel room, and at 1:50pm I received a text message my DRYver was arriving and a voice message saying he's on his way and to ask for my room number to deliver our clothes. Because I left my phone in my room, he went to the concierge and she called me asking if I wanted him to come, but I said I could run down real quick. He was waiting with all of our folded clothes in an awesome bag and boom! Super convenient! Super easy! Amazing price (21lbs for $34, AND it was rushed) Great customer service! I'm not sure why they say I never responded once customer service finally reached out to me because I have phone records documenting the repeated communication that we had (keep in mind this all happened five months ago, so we are going back in time a bit). Apparently what happened is that even though I submitted my comforter for a *cleaning*, the dry cleaners were confused about what service was needed so decided to try to stitch up a few of the tufts (unnecessary and this is what ruined my comforter). I gave DryV a chance to reclean the comforter (which is why the comment posted to my review doesn't make any sense), and the stitching wasn't fixed. They put a credit on my account, but I have chosen not to use it because I'm so bummed about my comforter being ruined by them. I think it's funny how they offer to reclean my item when I've stated repeatedly that the issue isn't the cleaning, but rather how the stitching came back awry. Customer service reached out to me again a few weeks ago to follow up on how my issue was resolved and I stated exactly what I represent here - that I am not going to use the service given my lack of confidence in receiving items back in their original condition. They put another credit on my account and assured me that they would specify that future orders wouldn't be directed to the cleaner who did the original damage. I wasn't planning on using it, and now I definitely won't now that a company representative falsely claims on my review that I was unresponsive to their outreach. Happy to provide email and phone records to anyone at DryV if you'd like to use this as a learning experience for your team. Good luck with everything. I'm still just bummed over here that I'm left with a comforter that won't lay correctly due to the damage done by the DryV team. ------------------------------------------------- DryV ruined my comforter and their customer service has refused my repeated attempts to get ahold of them after my order was delivered. I had a gilt city voucher for this service, so I thought I may as well get send my comforter in since it's too large to fit in my dryer. As you can see based on the photo, it looks like some seams came loose during the wash and the cleaner tried stitching it up themselves. However, they pulled the seams too tight so now my comforter won't lay flat. It's all bunched up in every spot where the cleaner added seams. This is incredibly frustrating, but what's more frustrating is how DryV has repeatedly failed to respond to my concerns (I've sent two emails two nights in a row after the guaranteed 24-hour response window passed).

My down Burberry and Max Mara coats come out beautiful every time, as well as every other specialty dress I have ever brought over there. I trust them with super fine silks and other delicate fabrics. They always remove all stains and never leave press marks. I was initially hesitant to use them as the building they're in is a bit run down, however, they have proved to be a hidden gem. The owner takes great care of my husband's day-to-day dress shirts and wool pants and takes extra care with designer clothes.

But, for a couple of years now this laundry has been on and off for me. I keep saying I am going to go to a different laundry, but never do. I like the machines here, when they work! The guy that runs this place is hardly ever there. When his machines don't work I never get my money back. There needs to be an attendant on duty at all times. I like the pre-wash cycle & few laundrys have this any more and this is what keeps me coming back. Also the location is convenient. But, I swear one of these days will get feed up with this laundry and never go back, or just buy my own washer :)

Also, the bathroom is not in a good place for a woman if it happens to be night time when you're doing your laundry - you have to go down a hall and to the back. But more than anything, this place eye ax to before I first came here I asked what are their hours were. They close at 10 pm, so they say the last wash is at 9pm. t I'm sure they say the last washes at 9 PM. The guy didn't like that I would come there unintentionally sometimes at 8:30 p.m., he would huff, puff, shake his head, etc, and finally on Thursday, September 13, 2018, he told me that it wasn't the intent for people to come around 8:30 and even though the last wash is at 9 it is "not the intent" for the last wash to actually be at 9. He literally told me "that's not the intent" when I told him you said the last was is st 9 - it's 8:30 p.m. My problem with that is if you don't want people to come at 8:30, tell them the last wash is that 7:30 or 8 - that's the latest most people will get there. At least I didn't literally come at 9. So, also in his explanation he told me that "the intent is for people to come at a respectable time", which means that you're saying I'm not being respectful. I've been coming here for awhile now, eventually noticing his attitude, and now he's questioning my respectfulness. After I told him to change the hours, I went to my trunk and decided forget it I'm not going back there anymore. I do not appreciate that I've been coming often to this laundromat only just to end up having my character slandered in front of other customers, because he didn't want to stay late. I'm convonved he knew the hours before he took the job. And if he's not the one with the authority to change the hours, he should have taken it to his boss. If he was afraid to do that, be obviously knew that was unprofessional. I understand where he was coming from, not wanting to stay late, but you can't get mad at customers for coming between the hours that you approve and advertise, especially not slandering them to their face! This was just flat out rude and unprofessional. If you want people to be there by 8 o'clock tell them the last wash is at 7:30 or 8 PM!
