My friends and I went to this location during our vacation. For context, there were 7 of us that ordered and a majority of us ordered salads. While we got drinks, unfortunately the lemonade that I wanted was unavailable so I opted for a lime Fanta. The wait was relatively short, about 10 to 15 minutes, before we all got our food, except the last two people that ordered. Since it was cold in the building, the rest of us went to the car to wait. That took about another 10 minutes. Apparently, while they were waiting, the food was ready and sitting in the back, but the worker took a while to actually give it out. This means we were waiting an extra 10 minutes because the workers weren't communicating effectively. Thankfully since a majority of us ordered salads, our food still tasted good despite the wait. The drivethru line was a joke. It was minutes between each car. Bottom line, I was in line at the drivethru at 2:10. I got to the window after my 2:15 pickup time. Food was not ready. Why isn't zero stars an option? I've never waited so long for food in my life. Ordering took forever. We were asked to park and wait for our food. The employees would repeatedly come to our door asking what we had ordered. When our order did finally come out there was no dressing for the salad. All in all our experience took 43 minutes. Last week I got the nibbler meal, bread was stale like a rock and barely any sauce. Tonight chicken fingers. The chicken fingers looks like they have been starved all week. I can barely tell a difference between my soggy ass fries and chicken tenders. I also ordered the 5 piece boneless wing meal, they gave me 3 Un sauced chicken fingers with about 6 fries. Their Coke machine was broken but I was not informed of that until after I was charged for it, and they would not undo the charge or at least give me a refund for not getting to choose the drink I wanted. They were yelling at each other angrily in the kitchen in front of me and the customers, and the proportions were not adequate; there were way too small for the cost that it was. Took incredibly too long to get our food. On top of all that, the dining area and the bathroom were not very clean; trash and spills left everywhere. I've always liked Zaxby's restaurants, the food is great and the place is usually clean. This restaurant, however, leaves a lot to be desired. I arrived around 5:30 pm. 4 tables were occupied and there was nobody in line. I ordered my food and received in quickly in about 2 minutes and it was hot! Normally at this particular restaurant, it takes about 7 to 10 minutes to get your food, and during peak hours it takes more than 10 mins. As I was eating my food, I casually looked around the place and noticed it was dirty and unkempt. There was food all over the floor, many tables were unwiped and the trash was overflowing. During my visit, not one employee came out to address these issues. They all remained behind the counter and lollygagged about, talking, laughing, texting on their phones Etc... You would think that Zaxby's, being a more upscale type of fast-food restaurant and in a tourist town, would want to keep this place in tip-top shape? But like most places, it comes down to management. The management at this Zaxby's has been less than competent for some time now. I would eat here 2 or 3 times a month if they would get there act together, but I think I'll wait 2 or 3 months before I go back to see if it's improved. read more

Only writing a review because of the horrible ones. We went through the drive thru at lunch time during work week. Diner was closed so there was a decent line, but it went fast. The customer service at this location is disgusting. I am NEVER going to a Zaxby's again, and you have this location to thank. I paid $16 for my two meals, and when I ask for an extra sauce, the woman REFUSED to serve me the sauce. I like salty foods, but these were too SALTY. Not sure what they do to their sandwich buns; there's a yellow tint to the insides - are they supposed to be grilled in fake butter or something?
