Great burger for fast food. Staff was very kind. Place was a f$#!&@g mess. I feel like I need a tetanus shot after using the bathroom. The tables and the floors in the restaurant look like a large party of 5 year Olds had just left. When one of the women heard talking about the place I saw her sweep the floor. Then sweep a booth then right back to the floor. If this was any of my staff in the restaurants I run I would have told them all to stop eating in plain view and start cleaning. read more

Came on here to see if I was the only one who thought managers were unprofessional and rude and it turns out I'm not! The manager Nicole made my stay very uncomfortable when I heard a girl check in on her application and she ripped up her phone number and continued to call her "annoying". I have also seen her be unnecessarily rude to cashiers who were very nice to me. perhaps she could do this somewhere in private where customers can't see and workers wouldn't be embarrassed. This is not the first time I've had a complain about her. I think it is about time to look for more welcoming managers... read more

Looked clean and friendly. I was there at an off hour (3.30) so nothing to slow down the service. Got good, hot, tasty burger and fries. Was disappointed that the root beer is totally separate so the combo comes with a Pepsi instead. read more

I had a chicken brest sandwich and a root beer freeze. The sandwich bun was soggy on top and hard like a cookie after you got past the top 1/8". The chicken was very greasy. The root beer freeze was good but you had to chew the ice crystals in it. What a tasty treat. I doubt I will ever see the inside of that place again. read more

Restaurant ripped us off. Ordered and payed for two double bacon burgers. Burgers arrived wrapped in Double Bacon / Papa Burger wrappers. It wasn't until we drove away and opened them that we discovered they gave us only two single burgers. read more

This place is great...as long as you do not go through the drive through. It happens so often that it must be the policy of the owner/manager...but you will get dried up leftover chicken left under the heat lamps too long, your sides will either be cold or wrong, and they will substitute scrawny wings for the drumsticks you should get. read more

Wow! For a corporate run place, they need to retrain everything. From no eye contact when greeted to arguing when you have no leg to stand on. This is my 1 st review ever!!! I normally don't, I take bad experiences in stride as I have worked in hospitality for over 12 years. As we drive out of Yuma I'm am sitting here just more disappointed. When I walked in, it was what I would consider steady. One older couple in front of me waiting. The boy taking their order, asked them to hold on a moment. Okay, no biggie... He walks away. 7 min later the older couple decided to walk out since with over 6 employees no one else tried to step in and take an order. Okay, I'm next in line. 3 min later the boy and his manager come out... They begin addressing a previous customers concern. No, eye contact, no acknowledgment of my existence. If it wasn't for the fact that we were leaving town and I wanted to get on the road, I would have left. But my KIDS needed food. They deal with the other customer and once a line formed behind me, then they opened the other register. This boy didn't even look at me. As you can't tell I take eye contact very serious! It's a curtesy!!! Stop skipping it!!!! When I go to place an order the Go Cups image had fries not wedges, since I'm not a fan of the wedges I was looking forward to crispy fries. I got the Chicken Little Go Cup. An order of popcorn chicken and when I went to order the kids meal, I asked for the 2 pcs tenders with mash. Without looking at me, he said it only comes with one tender. I pointed to the menu board where it clearly stated 2 tenders for $4 and change. He then proceeded to look at the menu board then look at me and tell me it only comes with one. If I wanted 2 it would be $6. I asked to read where it said that, at this point I was really so over this entire experience. Since I raised my voice the manager took notice and said that other locations only give one tender, but that I would get 2. And she would correct it to not mislead customers. Great! I pay & I'm done... Get on the road, open my Go Cup and it has wedges!!!!! So, that's when I decided to write a review... Oh, it already has only 1 star... I guess I should have looked before going there. As a whole I will still eat at KFC because the locations near me have never given me any reason not to. But I can definitely say I will not give this location a single penny I earn. I hope your experience is better than mine was. read more

This place is unbelievably horrible. I have stopped here several times in the past and have been happy with it, but this time was an absolute joke. There was no soap in the bathroom and we told 2 different people about it, both of whom said ok and went about their business... kinda makes me wonder what the employees do after they use the restroom. After having the soap issue ignored we went ahead and ordered. My friend got a root beer float and I got a root beer. The machines were broken and only shot out foam. Both of our root beers tasted like water. Every person I've seen come in ended up getting something other than root beer... this is supposed to be a place centered around the root beer so this is truly sad... then when our food came, I asked if they had ketchup since there was none out in the lobby. I was told to wait. I stood there and waited for 3 minutes (no one was even in line! I had to wait while the lady called number 16 several times and then talked to the people attached to number 16. The ketchup was RIGHT THERE and she couldn't just hand me some when no one was in line. Finally she turned and grabbed ONE PACKET of ketchup! I said "can I get a bunch of ketchup?" She hands me THREE PACKETS!! lol I once again said "can I get a bunch of ketchup?" Ended up walking away with SIX WHOLE PACKETS! Woohoo! this place is a joke and I would recommend everyone go somewhere else. There's a Burger King and several other fast food places around, so try those before stopping in here... and especially if you're looking for root beer, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! read more
