Super excited to get my windshield replaced! I've been avoiding it because I came to find out how pricey it is once I started to call for quotes at multiple places. Gave up and have been driving around with a cracked driver's side window for a few months. Woke up one morning and decided it was time to start searching again. I did a search on Google and first name that popped up was a paid ad of A Auto Glass Service. I pulled up their website and gave them a call for a quote. I was shocked to hear their price was low and reasonable!! He offered to even drive out to me for the same price!!! They also offered payments through Zelle, Venmo and Cashapp *_*. They did a great job with communication because they texted me to give me updates on their ETA. A two man team showed up in a truck with their logo. I called at 11:17 and they showed up at 12 on a Saturday. They also gave me options to get a tempered glass or have them order from the manufactor directly. I just went with the tempered glass because i didn't want have to pay for the additional cost. They were done less then 20 mins!!! Gino, the magician! I got a chip on my Tesla windshield yesterday and I called Gino for help. He came out and spent about 5 minutes and made the chip disappeared. It was a pretty big chip the size of a nickel and pretty deep. The little crack was starting to spread too. There was a big chance that I had to replace the whole windshield but luckily Gino was able to seal it up, you can barely see it now. Five stars for Gino the magician! Thank you thank you thank you. Man. I purchased a classic car from someone who had left it sitting outside for 10 years. The windshield was hazy and covered in micro scratches that made driving at night impossible. Everything started well after searching for someone to fill / repair a crack on my windshield that I didn't want to spider. I contacted A Auto Glass and received a timely response via the app. I was quoted for the service and scheduled a mobile appointment for the next day before 10am as I had plans around noon. The day of the appointment 10am rolls around and nobody has called or showed up. I reached out to Naji the owner who I corresponded with via the app and he mentioned the tech that was supposed to service my window was busy with another customer and would be at my home in 15 minutes which was fine... A few minutes later I receive a call from a shop (not even sure if it was theirs) requesting me to bring my vehicle in to get the window repaired because the tech scheduled to come to my home was busy. That isn't possible or I would've just scheduled the appointment that way and saved $20 on the mobile fee. These guys need to improve their communication and not pass customers off to other people. read more

Best of all, I was told that one of the small places that I thought needed to be repaired (due to two tiny cracks) had actually previously been repaired! The passenger window of my BMW got broken into and the door latch got broken in the process. I had called another Glass Repair company and after coming to me, they couldn't do anything since the door won't open and they told me to contact a Locksmith first to unlock the door. I told Naji at A Auto Glass Services about the door that won't open and he said he will drop by and will try his best.
