Works great now. 5 stars to the Refrigerator crew!! after such positive success with the fridge, we called Premier for their dishwasher team. we were able to order and replace the needed parts ourselves with LGs great website and video assistance. however, one problem remained that continues to elude repair. I guess the dishwasher guy took offense because of our initiative to do the majority of the repair. He tried quoting a repair and parts fee sight unseen that was not at all what was needed. Then hewas belligerent about coming out to do a diagnostic, quoting the fee for that. We were asking for that help, so we're already to pay for it! This the consult. When he finally comes, he doesn't do a diagnostic with the computer system at all. He runs it a few minutes, makes a few guesses, then leaves. Charged us for his "expertise." Problem not solved. 0 stars for the dishwasher guys.

I walked in and the owner is busy running around loading, fixing, verifying various appliances. The front of the store is set up with great quality products but he didn't have a receptionist so I was patient. When he came to me, I told him what I was looking for because the refrigerators in the front were too big for what I needed and out of my small budget. He walked me to the back and showed me the perfect one. He delivered it the next day (he is a one man shop-loads and delivers by himself if it is not being picked up.) I called the next day thinking there was a problem with the fridge but it was a user error and although he knew it was simple, he still came at the end of his day to come show me TWICE! (1st time was programing the fridge, 2nd was my error of plugging in the microwave and fridge in the same outlet. ‍‍ I can't imagine how tough it might be for him to have to deliver to people when they don't live close. Without staff to help, he basically is leaving his business and potentially losing customers. I am very close so it was easier, but early morning or end of day is about the only time he has to be able to deliver or service what people buy if there is an issue. He gives a 45 day guarantee which is great!

I called, left voicemails, sent emails, submitted a service request through their website and no one has responded at all. I went to the physical location and the logo is on a door for an empty business. I asked the business next door if they knew anything and they said the used to see the guy that ran it but All Texas Laundry closed maybe a year ago and they cleared out. They have been charging my bank account the entire time even though they appear to be out of business now. They have been using https://chargeover.com/ to make automatic withdrawals according to their customer portal and invoices that are still displaying on their website. According to other reviews in yelp and google maps many others have been trying to contact them to get service on their machines, to end service, to start renting with them, and no one has received a response for what appears to be 10 months. Since I have moved, I have disputed the charges but my credit card company said they cannot block future charges because this merchant is not eligible, so I requested a new credit card. I made every effort to contact the business but there is nothing else I can do at this point but post this review to help others and save them some time.

When I asked to work with that same person and inquired about his availability, I got vague answers, despite the rep admitting she'd already messaged him. Due to me bringing up the military discount my friend received, she quickly said, "We don't offer military discounts." I quickly called my friend on the spot to clarify. As she over heard our conversation confirming his experience just days ago, she used air quotes for this contradicting statement. We don't offer "discounts," but only the manager can apply them, and only if I don't directly ask". This conversation initiated the text to her manager. Now whether she did or not, further displays the untrustworthy communication received. Her interaction with me was dismissive, condescending, and made me feel unwelcome. I believe the treatment was discriminatory and not in line with fair, professional business conduct. Sure, everyone has bad days but this is not a interaction any customer should receive. I will be filing this complaint to bring awareness and encourage accountability and/or training personnel better in communication. We were referred to affordable appliances by our cabinet rep at lowes. Ron came out and was very…read morefriendly and talked the talk, so we purchased a $7000 fridge, paid him for custom panels, and paid him for install of our Wolf range top, fisher paykel dish drawers, beverage fridge, Miele coffee maker, pop up downdraft and double ovens. We made several trips, because he didn't specify what he needed each time. Each item was installed incorrectly except the double ovens. The fridge was crooked, the dishwasher not aligned or installed right, the downdraft wasn't put back together right and still doesn't come up straight. He told me there wasnt a regulator with my range top so we wouldn't be able to use it. I spent nearly $100 to have one overnighted and it turns out it was in there he whole time. He also told me it was safe to cook on it, but we turned it on and smelled gas. He didn't install the fitting correctly and put my family at risk. Fast forward three weeks. I have texted him twice and called once, but he fails to return my calls. He never delivered the custom panels of handles we paid $1500 for, and now has vanished. Avoid this company at all costs, especially if you have upper end appliances. I now have to file a claim in small claims court to get my money back. Beware.

We called the shop at 8:30 PM on a Sunday because we just noticed there was water leaking on the floor. We left a message. Well guess what the owner of the business called us back at 9:15pm to schedule a service call to fix our Maytag. We have had that refrigerator for twelve years without any problems and when they came and serviced it we were told it sounded like something was wrong with the compressor. We were so worried that we might need a new one. Well he diagnosed the problem and found that a relay next to compressor was bad. Once he replaced the part the refrigerator was so cold and I was so happy I gave the man a tip. The service we received was more than excellent. We would give these guys 10 out of 5 if possible. I normally don't write reviews but this one was warranted. Do yourself a favor if you have an appliance not working and just call these guys out. They know customer service.
