He held the fridge I wanted, I went back and ended up finding one I liked even better. Mind you these are new but "dented/scratched" in some sort of way. They give the steep discount because it is not in mint condition. I understand that going in. The fridge is for my rental unit. It's not the prettiest BUT it works and keeps the items cold. If you aren't sure if it is in working on or the way you want it, I suggest you take an extension cord and have time in your day to ensure it's working and doing what you want it to do. I'll be going back for a few more items because I personally had a good experience and had no issues with the fridge I bought. They are contracted with AHS, and when AHS informs the customer about what needs to be done, it is suggested in a very rude manner that they should call the office. I have informed AHS never to send A & S Appliance to my home again. My situation is still not resolved. I spoke with AHS, and they need to find another company to address the issues. If you don't have AHS, don't waste your money on this company. They have a bad attitude, are rude, and display a sense of entitlement. I should have known something was wrong after the second visit. The third time, the technician was supposed to inform me about what they needed to do, but S. Lan decided he knew better than me and left the premises instead.

The front of the store is set up with great quality products but he didn't have a receptionist so I was patient. When he came to me, I told him what I was looking for because the refrigerators in the front were too big for what I needed and out of my small budget. He walked me to the back and showed me the perfect one. He delivered it the next day (he is a one man shop-loads and delivers by himself if it is not being picked up.) I called the next day thinking there was a problem with the fridge but it was a user error and although he knew it was simple, he still came at the end of his day to come show me TWICE! (1st time was programing the fridge, 2nd was my error of plugging in the microwave and fridge in the same outlet. ‍‍ I can't imagine how tough it might be for him to have to deliver to people when they don't live close. Without staff to help, he basically is leaving his business and potentially losing customers. I am very close so it was easier, but early morning or end of day is about the only time he has to be able to deliver or service what people buy if there is an issue.
