I have dealt with other locksmiths before that don't even come close to providing the level of service Bob did. I asked to have a door unlocked at a home I am currently selling. I didn't need the locks changed or new keys to be made, I just needed it unlocked. Bob quoted me a price over the phone and then went to look at the door. It turned out the lock on the door was an old style, (it's an older home) and that it needed to be replaced. While it has taken me longer than I intended to write this review, I nonetheless wanted to make sure I posted it. I moved into my home in August and as a first time home owner, there were so many things I never dreamed I would be juggling at once. In trying to find a locksmith I was referred to by my mortgage lender, I came across Bob. He was friendly and helpful on the phone and was available the day I called him, even tho I was in the middle of my move and it was getting to be late evening when anyone was going to be available at my house to meet him. My parents were kind enough to meet him there while I was running other errands and they could not say enough nice things about Bob. He came half an hour later. My lock is hard to pick since it's cheap and installed up-side down. But with Bob, there's nothing impossible. I was on my way home from the grocery store and picking up dinner and I saw this gentleman changing a lock on the door of a home and I was in need of one I was actually going to be going on the internet and lookingtonight. There he was I wasn't sure if he lived at the house because he went in and didn't comeback out.
