I have never posted a YELP review but the service I received from Bob was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable about locks and was very thorough in repairing my disassembled front door lock. Plus his fee was lower than others that have quoted. The issue was my old solid handle front door lock was not depress fully so when I tried to open the door, the latch would catch the strike plate. I disassembled the lock trying to repair it myself but I could not reassemble the lock. Bob successfully reassembled the lock, repaired the sticky knob and now the lock works perfectly!! Bob is great! We bought new deadbolt locks for our front door and backdoor from Home Depot and hired Bob to install the locks and rekey one set to match the other. We coordinated over phone and text message. Bob noticed that both locks were likely bought and returned to Home Depot at some point since there were missing parts/components that Bob was able to address from his own inventory of parts. He did the job in just about an hour and then gave us some very good security door-related advice. You can tell immediately that he's experienced and knows what makes for secure doors. I called and Bob was very transparent with his pricing. Also, he was able to come that same day!! It took him about 45 minutes to rekey 6 locks and make additional key copies. I had an older door handle that he recommended I replace with a new one myself as it was on it's last leg. He showed me how to replace the handle so I know what I'm doing when I swap it out. He installed a digital deadbolt, a normal deadbolt, two door knobs for my house and cut the keys to match so I only need one key! After Bob had already arrived at my house, he waited for me to buy more locks from the store after I decided I want the garage door locks changed as well. After he finished installing everything and making the keys, he filed down the deadbolt slot so the digital dead bolt can lock smoothly! If I could give a million and 1 stars I would. Bob is an angel. Of all ways to get locked out, my dog flipped the lock as I stepped outside. Bob's VM was friendly and clear and recommended to text him if he didn't answer because it's faster. He got back to me right away and was at my home in 20 mins.
