We left our three large energetic dogs here for 11-days while we went back east two weeks ago. When we first got there, the dogs were all excited to go in and see their buddies. I think Ezra was disappointed because one of his dog friends was not there this time. The staff meets you at a specific time so that you can offload their bedding, toys and food or talk about any concerns and go over feeding schedules. We opted for a video cam as we'd never left them this long...it was only $5/day and fun to time into the pups and see them. We had them bathed this time and they did a great job and it was very reasonable. We have not used them for training yet. Highly recommend all the staff and the facility is state of art. The outside fences paddocks and security is excellent. Dogs are "interviewed" and are allowed to play together in safe groups without fear of attack. If you want piece of mind, Board here.

That said, after spending time at Updawg for daycare and overnight boarding, we've seen a complete turnaround in her behavior. What's incredible is that this transformation didn't come from formal training sessions--we simply boarded her while traveling. Her improvement is 100% due to the environment and care she's received at Updawg. While we'll always be mindful (she's still an animal, after all), I now have peace of mind knowing she can interact with other dogs. That's something I never thought I'd be able to say. Another huge win: nail trims. She used to need a "doggy chill pill" just to get through them, but thanks to the gentle and loving approach from the Updawg staff, sedation is no longer needed. When the old male vet was there it was awesome. I brought my cat in April 2026 because every couple…read moreof years she gets allergies and an upper respiratory infection and the male vet would give her antibiotics and she would be fine. I told the new vet this and after telling her the symptoms and she required a $1,500 deposit for exam and "possible lifesaving measures" and they would refund the rest upon pickup. When I got there, they did X-rays which I told the receptionist we did not want, just blood and urine tests. They ended up doing $1,800 of care which me or my boyfriend did not authorize. He authorized urine, blood, oxygen and fluids. After this experience I immediately went to Indian trail animal hospital, they looked at her, looked at the work done at Spokane Cat Clinic and listened to me, gave her antibiotics and she is perfectly healthy. If this vet actually listened to me (I never actually met her only the vet tech came out and only the vet techs / reception called me) my cat could have been feeling better faster and I would've saved over $1,000. I emailed them about this and they suggested they will discontinue us as a patient there and we would get better care elsewhere. Yeah they were right, I did that right away. Should've went to my home vet, Indian trail animal hospital, first.

Alot of money payed out with little information given and missed diagnoses. Not recommend…read moreunfortunately.
