She has taken care of all of them! 2 of our dogs are special needs requiring their bladder/bowels to be expressed on a strict schedule another one is on meds twice/day. Patty has been great. She was willing to come learn how to express their bladders. She is always responsive. But most importantly, she loves our babies like her own and they love her right back. Our pampered little dog does not do well in standard doggie day care or boarding facilities. He needs personal time with people. With Patty's service, we had the option for her to come to our house and spend time with him, take him for walks, and even the occasional car ride if it fit in with the rest of her daily activities. She also spends the nights at our house, letting the dog sleep with her (which he is used to unfortunately), and gives him his meds. Plus, she provided regular text updates on how he is doing. This gives us the added bonus of someone keeping an eye on the house while we are away - giving us peace of mind to enjoy our vacation! We have been trusting Patty to watch over our furry kids for the past year now. "Ponderosa Patty is absolutely the best caretaker for our large number of animals we have on this small farm. She has given all of them great care and we feel very comfortable leaving them in her hands when we are out of town.
