A-Blinds is awesome. I came upon this company at Santa Anita mall. It was definitely a divine appointment through God. Anyhow, my husband and I ended up ordering an overall of 9 blinds, they are all woodlook sheer in 3 different shade colors. We are very satisfied with the quality of the fabric, the look of the cassettes and most importantly how easy it is to take care of the blinds! We got the more expensive cassette for all our blinds except for the 3 blinds in our bedrooms because the windows in our bedroom are smaller and the less expensive cassette takes up less space and make our windows look bigger. I think the more expensive cassettes work better and feels more sturdy, I wish that the nicer quality ones come in smaller sizes so customers can get the best out of both world:D So that is our only concern, which is how long they would last, however these blinds have lifetime warranty on the mechanisms so that helps to ease us for now. We've met over 4 people who work in this company since we did 2 orders and I have to say all of them are extremely friendly, genuine and helpful. We have been searching for new window blinds for a house we just purchased and A Blinds was in the list. Made a call for a consultation. Victor came to our house and explained very details on what they currently offer. At the end of his introduction, my wife chose the Korean-style blinds to match with our modern theme house. Victor took all of the windows measurement same day and came back within a week to install our new blinds. They were perfect except one issue and this was not their fault. Worst service ever! I reached out to this company several weeks back and asked if they had a showroom that I could visit. They reply and send me to an office in Buena Park. I get there and the office has almost zero displays for customers to look at. Then I asked the lady for help but there was a language barrier... ended up being a wasted trip. Owner messages me later and asked how it went. He apologized and set up an in-person consultation for a later date. A few days before the appointment, owner cancels on me because of an incident with one of his employees. I get it! But then on the day of the appointment that was cancelled, one of the reps calls me and asks where I was at because he was at the house?!?! I let him know that the owner had cancelled and I apologized that nobody let him know. I immediately call the business and they apologize to me and said they're going to "for sure" accommodate me the upcoming Saturday to make things right and in the meantime, if I have window measurements then I could send it to them and they would get me an estimate by end of day. I email measurements at 9am Wednesday, no response. Thursday, no response. I call Friday and they apologized and said they'll guarantee a quote by end of day. End of Friday, no response. They call me Saturday morning... I'm expecting a quote finally! Nope, they call to say something came up and they have to cancel what was previously my "for sure appointment."
