We ordered blinds from them and we were told it usually takes 3-4 weeks but they would try to rush it to 2 weeks. It's now been more than 4 weeks and we haven't heard from our salesperson since he took the order. We keep calling their office to check in and they never give us a straight answer and has not initiated to give us any updates. Showed me what choices of color and grades I have. He suggested the highest grade for our bedrooms due to the window facing direction. And he was so right. A blinds are amazing. Joseph was so informative and professional when he was explaining the difference between A blinds and Hunter Douglas. A blinds have a rechargeable battery that you just plug into the socket and a wall outlet. That is so convenient compared to taking out each battery cassette and changing out batteries! When you have 33 windows in your house that is a lot of time and money saved. Anwar and Eddie who came to install the blinds were so professional and courteous. They knew what they were doing and quickly answer any questions that we had. All the blinds are connected to Amazon Alexa who operates them. It makes it so convenient in the morning or in the evening when you're trying to open and shut all the blinds. At first, I was very skeptical about these blinds because I was so stuck on getting plantation shutters. But turns out these were the best option for my tiny condo. For my first round of blinds, we had Victor come out and gave me the best pricing for my living area (sheer light filtering) and master bedroom (darkening) blinds. We have little toddlers so the blinds had the child safety lock option. Paul came and installed them very carefully making sure I was satisfied with how things turned out. We love the sheer light filtering in the living area so that we get privacy but at the same time some light in the living area. The darkening blinds are not 100% blackout but gives complete privacy. Plantation shutters actually made my tiny condo look and feel much smaller, but these blinds took much less space and visually made my place look spacious. I love the option of leaving it fully shut, half open, or all the way rolled up so I have a fully wide open window. We loved it so much that we removed one of our existing plantation shutters in the second bedroom to replace with these blinds. After the initial measurements, I had made sudden changes to the window sill and A blinds was quick to solve the issue. Isaac came to install the second round of blinds and he was quick and efficient! Overall, great friendly team, great pricing, and quality blinds. read more
