Oh man... where do I start... First of all, I'm impressed with almost everything with A Blinds. I've purchased my house about few months ago, and I finally get to write the review for this company. My cousin has recommended me to go with A Blinds because they had a positive experiences with them. I went to the H-Mart, but no one was there. So I left my information on a log, and within the same hour, a representative called me to make an appointment for the quote. Then Joseph came out to provide us with a quote. He was very patient because he needed to wait for me as I had some trouble of getting my house key from the sales office. Once I had the access, he was able to do the thorough check up for the quote. Joseph was very polite and provided us with the excellent customer service. Once we have decided to accept their offer, in a few weeks, they came with the blinds and installed them within an hour (we have 22 windows). I have to say, it was one of the best looking blinds within my community (no joke). Then few months passed by and I had an issue with one of my blinds. The back part of the blind (fabric) fell out from the casing. So I called them to see if this would fall under the warranty. They came out very next day, diagnosed and took my blind, then came back in 2 business days and reinstalled it. The turnaround time of the warranty and the customer service was excellent! Long story short (although I typed the long story already...), it's definitely worth of every penny I paid for with A Blinds. A Blinds has some pretty high quality window treatments and the process was super easy. I recently moved into a new community and received their flyer on our door. I called the number and someone (shoutout to Isaac!) came by within a few hours with a ton of samples for us to look at and to measure our windows. After a couple of hours (as I was very indecisive), we were on our way to getting blinds for the home - zebra shades to be exact. We just finished installation for our shades today. It was perfect and better than I had imagined. I wished we could've done the whole house, but we already had something in place. The style is very minimalistic and clean. Blocks out lots of sun while looking very stylish too. Jae came by for the estimate and he was very knowledgeable and honest. He helped me decide what I needed, because I didn't even know what I needed. At the end, he gave me good advice and helped steer me into what I really wanted and needed for our house.
