I called this company out in December 27th to "diagnose" my refrigerator. I gave them their error code and we were experiencing temperature control issues. After an onsite diagnostic check, that cost $125.00, Tony determined we needed a new control board. The quote $480.00 and one week or two for delivery. We were not able to afford it at that moment and told the repair technician we'd have to wait a week or two. As soon as the technician left, we realized the fridge was not working at all - not cooling, not distributing air ... nothing but lights. The operator who answered the phone and "whoever" was answering the text message claimed the technician only "diagnosed" and didn't touch anything. If this was true, why suddenly did the fridge functionality change? Nonetheless, the technician answering by text instructed us to unplug and replug the fridge to clear the error and fix the problem. Without knowing whether this company or LG was responsible for the additional appliance issues, we were left with unplugging and replugging in the fridge every time it errors out - actually still until this current review. On January 15, I texted the technician to move forward with ordering the part. I was told to call the office and schedule installation and was given a direct number. Upon doing so, I was told the part was on back order with an expected ship date of January 21st and they would schedule me when the part came in. On February 1st, I called to find out the part was on back order for February 15th and the part was never ordered since they didn't collect my payment and the technician was confused and didn't know the office was supposed to have ordered it. At this point I'm annoyed and frustrated. I complained to the technician and was told to take up the parts availability issue with LG. By February 3rd, I asked if I can simply order the part myself for delivery through an online supplier like SearsDirect or LGParts.com. The part was $340+tax. I was given the part number and name for the part and an affirmative - with a new expected delivery of February 5th. I called the office and scheduled installation for February 6th. They did not show. After calling and complaining, they rescheduled for February 7th - but I'd have to wait until end of day for the technician to be available. Really??!! At this point, I'm texting to confirm so I'm not wasting my time yet again. Finally, on February 7th, the technician comes and shows me about 5 mins of work removing and replacing the control board by unplugging and replugging in of components ... and tells me in the future, I can do it myself, if needed. The fridge seemed to work for about an hour ... then same error and continuation of temperature control issues. At this point I'm super frustrated and pissed. I call the technician and the office and was told they are not responsible for the parts they did not order. Confused, they explained sometimes parts work, sometimes not. So I ordered a second new part for delivery and had to cancel and replace the order due to delays in shipping. The updated replacement t part was due on March 21st - which finally came on March 25th. Since the remove and replacement was so easy - i did it myself. BUT guess what, SAME error and control issues. What are the odds of three parts being bad?? At this point I texted the technician back to have them return to help us out. He does not reply. On March 28th, I called only to be denied service and offered to schedule a new diagnostic service call because the 30-day repair window had expired. It was clear I was upset and the man didn't offer any resolution. Be warned, this is the service you should expect. I and being specific for a reason and everything is documented in call logs and text message chains ... this is a real review from a really dissatisfied customer. A google search reveals this owner also owns a flooring company - so maybe he knows nothing about appliance repair, I do not know but I am alarmed at the delays and lack of customer service.

Last Month I went in to pawn my AppleComputer which has been pawned at this location previously. This particular time that I went in after my computer was appraised etc before getting my contract to sign a lady worker Ezette looked at me in a strange demeanor and informed the clerk Gabriel who was checking me out that they no longer are accepting Apple products without a charger. As this was was the first time I heard of this I informed her that my computer was just there which was taken without a charger she then informed me that this was a new policy as the time was 6:40pm which store closes at 7pm I quickly returned home to pick my charger up and got to the store and checked out which her face didn't seem pleased. On 4/23 I went in to pawn my 15pro max iPhone which I received a loan of $250. I called in and got Ms.E on the line after asking her how do I go about getting a higher loan on my phone she states I need to come in pay loan off and she can do a higher loan. I went in paid my loan. After Ms.E came from the back with my phone she unwrapped the Saran Wrap and informed me there is a crack on the back of my phone and due to value pawn not accepting crack phones she will not be able to accept this phone. Baffled & bemused i asked her can she please inform me when the phone was cracked as Gabriel did a complete assessment on the exterior which qualified me for the great shape that it was in as well as making sure it was sim/iCloud unlock. She handed me the phone and stated she couldn't take it. Confused again! As you are not able to take a phone you currently have registered. And that had no report of crack when you received it. Giving me the cold shoulder and no help at all I was forced to call cooperate as well as law enforcement to report this. My second time this woman has discriminated against me and made it hard for me it has hurt me to my core. I was informed by cooperate that I would here from District manager Scott in 48hrs. However to no avail he has not reached out to me .As such company remember it is you that also need our merchandise to keep your business running. As a local realtor and Human Resources Generalist I will now move up in the chain command with legal counsel as well as reporting a complaint to CRD Civil Rights Attorney General of Florida. We placed an order for $338 worth of custom-cut strips of plastic. We ordered this from them in the past. They were given the exact dimensions to cut in a drawing. The communication this time around was deplorable. There is complete apathy there. Finally, when the order was ready we picked it up. They would not insert into our application because the dimensions were off. They came here to pick them up, only because I asked them to, and then they took an extended period of time to fix them knowing were behind on our deadline thanks to them. They delivered the strips back and we were horrified. They tried to fix them by grinding them down. It was a completely third-world rig. Literally, you saw grind marks all over them. They didn't fit once again. This is a company that is supposed to have machines that can do modern work like CNC and laser cutting. I tried more times than I could remember and have the emails to prove it to get anyone there to accept responsibility and to fix the problem. I left many, many messages for the owner and NOBODY ever called us back. There is a girl that answers the phone, but you cannot get past her. You could tell when talking to her that she felt bad because she was stuck in the middle. We will never do business with this company again after finding ALRO Plastics who delivered a flawless job. I placed a claim with Bank of America and it was denied. I am laughing because they put the effort to send our bank paperwork yet their spineless owner would not call back. What kind of a man is that? I am still shaking my head as to why the bank would deny a claim when I sent them all of the proof of our email correspondence showing they completely ignored us and did not rectify the problem. BOA denied a claim because they provided our bank copies of the invoice and signature that we ordered them... seriously???
