Unfortunately the work and office staff were subpar. We had our beverage cooler stop working and I initially emailed with the manufacturer directly to find a solution. We confirmed the compressor was working, but the unit was still not cooling so they suggested I work with someone locally. I was referred to Mr. Fix and wanted to give them a try. Idan came out and replaced a small part in the unit, saying it wasn't the manufacturer part but we should still be fine and give it 1 day to cool down (this was a Friday -- had to pay $426 for this visit + the tiny part). On Saturday afternoon we checked the unit and it was actually blowing out hot air and the entire interior was hot. I called Monday to have Idan come back out. He came out that Wednesday and confirmed the part short-circuited and now the compressor isn't working so the entire unit is blown and will have to be replaced. He refunded us $189 for the part but would not budge on any other refunds despite installing a part that ultimately blew the entire unit. I called the office and the woman who handles the calls was EXTREMELY rude. Before I said 10 words she interrupted me and said "no more talking, I know what happened". She said "I'll ask about a refund and follow up". Of course she never followed up so when I called again she just said "he said no, sorry." I asked to speak to the person directly and she refused to let me contact him. We ended up having to spend almost $1k on a new beverage cooler and were still out of pocket $237 from Idan's visit. Overall I had an awful and very frustrating experience. Save your money and use someone else!!!

We had to make a couple of changes to our appointments, and they were extremely flexible with our schedule, and again responded very quickly. After the initial repair, our refrigerator started having the same issue again. He was able to tell us with lighting speed what was wrong with our Dryer a few weeks ago and it hums like brand new. I'm rating a 2 only because I don't know what their actual work is like but I was slightly upset…read morewith Frost Fix when I had an emergency need to get a refrigerator fixed and I had called upon Frost Fix and another company. The original company I asked said they could not be there till Saturday (a day later) and if they wanted to get to the parts store that they would need to go to the parts store that day (Friday) to make sure they got the right parts. I then said I'm going to shop around and I'll call you back. I called Frost Fix at around 9am on Friday telling them I needed the refrigerator fixed, they asked me my address and number and then they gave me a time frame for THAT day Friday 4-6pm! I was relieved because that means I could get the refrigerator fixed same day! Well come 5pm I call Frost Fix and ask "Hey just checking on a time you would arrive?" And they stated that the location was way to far and they would not be coming out there. So at that point I had wasted the whole day and I could no longer call the other company to come Saturday since they were booked up at that point. I guess my point is, if you say you will be at a place please be there. When a customer shops around they are looking at a few things, timing, price, and quality of work. When you say you will be at a place you need to really make sure you can make it. Because there are other companies in the area that a person can call and if you state to a customer you will be there, they expect you to do so. Please just be more vigilant about that in the future. I cannot comment on the craftsmanship or quality of this companies work though.
