I called for an appointment at Byrd and brought my truck in this morning. I ask for a front and rear brake job, to rotate my tires and perform an all wheel alignment and to check the rear tire for a slow leak. These folks are true professionals. They informed me that I had 40% and 60% of my front and rear brakes pads remaining, (the truck has 82K mikes on it) and therefore I did not need brakes at this time. They rotated the tires and put the truck on the alignment machine. They told me no alignment adjustment was required. I expected to pay for the hours of work that was done to check my vehicle. I got the bill and was surprised that $0.00 amount was due. I actually challenged Tim and said i needed to pay something. He said no all they had done was a complimentary inspection. I appreciate honesty. when they could have followed my directions and replaced all the brakes and on top of that charged me for an alignment. Wow ...they are some honest folks. This is the best customer service I've ever gotten from any auto service business. Let me first say…read morethat my dealership told me I needed new brake pads almost a year ago and that I needed to get it done soon or I would need to replace the rotors, as well. They sent me pictures from the technician and gave me a description of each worn brake pad. At that time I didn't have the money they quoted me, and since then I've been driving around worried about mechanical issues and the money it would cost to get the work done. Recently, I realized I needed new tires, so I went to Sun and got a quote for new tires, brake pads, and a new TPM for the front passenger side. The cost of the brake pads, plus labor quoted at Sun was $2K cheaper than my dealership. I made arrangements to bring my car in today and they arranged a ride to take me back to work, which they paid for. A couple hours later they called to let me know I didn't need new brake pads and they still had about 60% life in them. They suggested replacing all four TPM'S, and I agreed. When I went to pick up my car, the cost for four new quality tires, all new TPM's, and an oil change was less than $1200. I will never return to my dealership and I will only do business with Sun Auto, as long as they keep up their epic service. I saved thousands of dollars today thanks to these guys. Give them a shot, you won't regret it.

Not a single technician inspected my truck. Staff offered vague excuses and zero updates while servicing walk-ins ahead of me. This is blatant disrespect for customers' time.
